On or about April 28, 2023, I rented a Boom lift in ********, ** do a service for one of my clients. The lift was rented for delivery on April 28, 2023, and to be returned on April 29, 2023. The project was completed, and Sunbelt was notified to do a pickup. The client reached out to my company on several occasions that the lift is still sitting in the yard. Our staff made contact with Sunbelt once more and advised that the boom lift is still sitting at the client's site. The client reached out to us for another service call a few weeks later. Our team contact sunbelt to reserve a new Boom Lift renal and it was that time we realized that the lift is still sitting at the ******* site and was never pick up. Our staff reserve the lift for 3 days. That would make it 5 days we used the Boom lift for. Sunbelt is billing us for 30 days when we only used the lift for 5 days. After we refused to pay for 30 days, Sunbelt went and place a lien on the Client's property, The client did not go into an agreement with Sunbelt for Sunbelt to place a lien on the client's property. This has caused our company to lose a million-dollar contract with our client. Sunbelt need to correct the billing for the 5 days the lift was used for and immediately remove the lien from the client's property.Initial Complaint

We started ordering equipment from Sunbelt in the first week of may, we paid them with credit card and have had to use 4 different branches to get the equipment we needed. They lost our first payment, and took until July to find it, after talking about sending us to collections They have sent us faulty equipment, and theres something wrong on EVERY SINGLE INVOICE theyve sent us, and they wont fix it. I have talked to several different managers and customer support and they are no help at allInitial Complaint

On Saturday, July 23, 2022, we went to Sunbelt in ******* ** to rent a power washer and let ********************* know we were using it to clean a house. We got the power washer home and it was not powerful enough to clean the house, plus rust was coming out of the machine. ***** told my employee on the phone that we didn't have enough water pressure at the home for the machine to work. Of course, that is not the case as the home has been power washed in the past with no problems. We took the power washer back and got a refund, but ***** wasted 2 hours of my time, plus he was dressed unprofessionally with his pants falling down. So, I got *************************** business card showing Territory Account Manager and sent him a text that I was an unhappy customer from the ********** ********************** Store and he called ***** and then called me. During our conversation, he laughed and laughed about the situation, had the nerve to tell me, "you know they sell power washers now, right"? and also told me, "he didn't understand why I was upset and I must not have had much sleep" because I really should not be this upset about *****, "because he is a good person", and on and on about his "good ole boy network he has going on with his ******* ** Sunbelt Store". I explained to **** that I was going to write a letter to the President of Sunbelt and he told me, "I would be wasting my time because the letter would just get thrown in the trash". Well, unbeknown to ****, my employee heard this whole conversation and was shocked that he would talk to a customer that way and to be honest with you, I am more upset about ****** disregard for a customer than I was ***** renting me the wrong power washer. Because of ****** disregard of me on the phone, I decided to just file a complaint with the BBB and that way my letter would not get thrown in the trash. I am of the mindset that everyone get treated equally and that customers are the reason you are in business. Thank you for addressing my concerns.Initial Complaint

I was quoted a little over $300 for one day rental of microscrubber. I called for pickup when done but failed to write down pick up number. The machine was not picked up and bilked $2k for 4 weeks. **************** refuses to review hours used to confirm. This company seems to intentionally not pick up after calling so they continue to ****. I want my invoice to be corrected for 1 day as used. Account #******
