I made an online purchase for a red XL Trap Music Museum shirt back on November 24, 2023. I have emailed the business on 3 to 4 different occasions without no response. I even reached out on their IG Page with no response. The order was never processed and never of course shipped to me. Just purchased and business collected my money. No this wasn't my 1st time making a purchase for clothing on this website. For I have done so before in September 2022, with no issue insight around that time.The card ending in 4747 when making the purchase is still active.Please see the upload attachment. I purchased 3 tickets to this place on 6/25 before going to ******* on 6/26 to use them. On the way up my daughter was vomiting and unable to make the event. We were unable to do another day before we left town and I sent an email that day requesting a refund. Immediately I got the response that it would take 1-2 business days. I since emailed again on 6/30, 7-3, 7-7 and **** requesting assistance and provided my phone number as I am unable to reach anyone through their phone number. This is horrible business and if they did it to me, they are doing it to others in my same position. Thank you for your help. The email they sent originally is attached as well as the receipt for what I paid. Thank you.
