On April 8, 2022 I placed an order for 23 - 11X14 prints from myphotopipe.com. The total cost of this order was $117.40. I chose the "print-to-fit" option for 12 of these photos and to have my information on the back of all the photos. I finally receive the order on April 23rd. As I was looking through the photos I noticed that none of them were "print-to-fit" and the information was not on the back. These photos do not meet my needs and are unusable in the current state.I have sent emails asking for them to correct this printing error and I have made a few attempts to reach them by phone as well. I have not received a reply from any of these attempts to reach them. In the messages I asked for them to make the corrections and reprint the order. However, at this point I would need to have this expedited as the prints were needed weeks ago. If that is not possible they can refund my payment.Business response

We have corrected the issues with ************** complaint, reprinted his order and had them delivered yesterday. ************** should be letting you know soon that his request has been completed.
