Failure of company to provide ingredients list for product. Belief that product(s) are common ingredients (olive oil only, mayo only, etc.) being sold as a blend of natural ingredients developed to be used as part of hair regimen. I placed my order November 25, 2022, and have yet to receive my product or updates on its shipment. I paid a total of $46.04. My order number is ***** and I used Shop app e-commerce and package tracking service. A reshipment label was rendered on **** on December 15, 2022 at 9:32pm, and they are still awaiting the package. They have no contact information on their site and have removed complaints about their products or shipping from their social media. However, on the Shop app there are more than 7 recent complaints about not receiving products. They have a standing policy of NO REFUNDS with no recourse for the complainants. I demand a full reimbursement or shipment of my package.Initial Complaint

I placed my order on November 27, 2022. I was told it could take **** days to process. fter 10 days I was told it would ship by December 24,2022 as of today January 1,2023 the post office has yet to receive the package. During the recent 2022 Black Friday sale, I purchased some products from this business after following them for months. I purchased 2 of each of her hair products at a 50% discount sale on 28th Nov 2022 for a total of $246 including $130 shipping fee to ******, *********. Unfortunately, my order has still not been processed or delivered. The delivery charge was also very high so a lot of thought went into purchasing this product. I have made several attempts to reach out to ******** via email and via Instagram via DM and the comment section, but my comments get deleted and there are no replies to my enquiries. It is sad that trying to support a black owned business can be this disheartening and discouraging. Please Team, kindly do something about this. Thanks.Initial Complaint

Placed an order during the company Nasara Black Friday sale. The order says picked up but it doesnt move from picked up location. After doing more research I see customers never get their products while the owner still post on social media via Instagram! I havent received any products! At this point its a scam. Please report her and also report on ********
