They were very efficient and helpful in correcting any problems. We had a problem with the liner, but they quickly replaced it and insured against any further problem. They were very easy to work with. They worked with the contracted installers to insure we had a product we would be completely satisfied with. The result is a wonderful pool that our family has greatly enjoyed.

We love our new Blue World Pool! It was installed very well, and Blue World Pools offers excellent customer service. We would definitely purchase our next pool from Them. It came with everything you need: a ladder, pool pump and filter, and start-up chemicals. The installer was friendly and professional and did a great job installing our pool.

We had our pool installed this summer, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The installation process was incredibly fast, and the installer was professional, friendly, and thorough. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we were impressed with the level of care and attention to detail.

At first I was very nervous. And I did not like how I had to haul off everything but when it was all said and done I was very pleased with my pool. Had a wonderful experience with installation. Fast convenient installed on time. Made many memories this summer we have enjoyed our pool I recommend highly. ****** ******* *****

I love the lady that came to show me the pools and explain how blue world pools works. The installers that they used were wonderful very knowledgeable worked very quickly and had my pull up and filling within a few hours.

I got scammed by blue world pools they are calling my relatives now saying I wrote them a fraudulent check which is a straight out lie... they make ach payments out of my bank. I can back this up! They threaten my property saying lien because my bank sent a payment back .... they claim a notarized paper that they dont even require and identification to see if the person signing is even who they say they are which is illegal in any notarized document signing. They scammed me with the 399 pool that i originally was wanting and claimed the pool never goes green lie lie lie .. they con you into a upgrade of ***** dollars for gods sakes saying 48 inch to 52 to later find out they only have 52 and there is another propaganda lie. I am filing this report and also filing with ftc ... no star rating if possible but wont allow

My husband and I purchased our pool in June of 2017. We had decided on the Econoline pool. A few days after signing the paperwork we get a call from them stating that we qualified to upgrade our pool at no extra charge and that it would take 8 years to pay off. That was great, we were excited. We never really had any issues with our pool. The pump did have to be replaced but they did that at no charge. Well I call them this past week, just to see exactly how many payments we have left because my husband is retiring due to his health in a few month and they tell me we have 44 more payments. I just about fell out of my chair. I told them what we were told when we bought the pool and they said to check my contract. I said well can you send me a copy of it because Im not sure where it is at the moment and they told me it would be $200.00 for a copy. I said well cant you look on your computer and tell me what it says? I was told by my account manager that that wasnt possible. They dont have that information on their computers. And that my contract was in storage somewhere. We have made 87 payments at $308.00 for a 15 foot round above ground pool and they want 44? I told the girl thats not what we were told, she said we dont offer 8 year payments, its 11 years. We have paid $26000.00 for this pool so far and they want another $13000.00. This company is a total scam. And yes, the employees are very rude and condescending.

Blue world pools did a fantastic job from beginning to install! We love our new pool! Its so easy to maintain with their ionizer! Love it!!
