This management company is the worst I've ever dealt with. ********* APT is full of moldy units. Property is ran down to the ground and they half fix the issues. Water is off atleast once a week. It was time to renew my lease and found mold in my unit. They gave me an option to switch units. I selected a new unit and the mold was 10x's worst in the new unit along with a sinking floor. They will not let me out my lease and they still wanted my rent. Something has to be done about these crooks. The last group of staff that was in the office was super rude and unprofessional from the property manager down to the leasing agents. I regret I chose to move back to this community.Review from Rose P

Fogelman Properties knew exactly who they hired when they hired ***************************** as their lease up property manager. This lady has harassed me during my entire stay at one of their Livano properties down in ******* called *********************. The maintenance guy named ******* has admitted on surveillance to the fire alarm guy that he stalks residents.For the safety of other residents, I won't be sending the video to Fogelman Properties but it will be forwarded to the proper authorities. ******* told me flat out in an email that she wasn't "getting in the middle of this" when I informed her of the harassment by the maintenance *********************. ******* is a nasty person and ******* felt very comfortable bragging on camera that he watches residents on the same floor the property manager lives on...THAT should tell you everything.Review from Kai A.

Properties are ran down. Been having maintenance requests since I moved in and reached out to this so called corporate about the concerns and *********************** definitely wasnt helpful nor shown any concerns of the issues Ive had since my move in and when asked to speak to someone above her she refused to give me the information so Ill be taking this to further action. As of today, I am awaiting a response from the corporate team of Fogelman regarding their staff at *************** located in ************, *******. I have had a member of the corporate team following my email chain for the last two weeks who is aware of the situation going on with their employee, *******, that has yet to touch base with me. Unfortunately, I believe that I have been discriminated against because of my age and treated with lack of respect and integrity, even in my very own apartment. In exchange ******************* *******, has retaliated against me by picking and choosing when leasing agreements apply and who they apply to, picks and chooses whom she shows respect and integrity and treats with courtesy throughout the company and community. I have sent my concerns to the corporate office team at Fogelman and hoping to have a response soon.Review from EDWARD E

TERRIBLE COMPANY. SECTION 8 RESIDENTS harassing residents. No action was taken. *********************** and ******************* are terrible.
