      I have been a returning customer of ********************** for years and even fully paid for furniture in the past. I leased a couch/sofa in March/April 2024. Unfortunately, in September 2024, my apartment was flooded by Hurricane ****** and I lost everything in my apartment. I contacted Aaron's for next steps -- who at first told me that I was out of luck, even though the app showed that natural disasters were covered ! But then the manager advised that he could come take a look at it to see if it was repairable. And he did - he came to my apartment on Oct 5th and i had to be out of my apartment on Oct 9th as my apartment was deemed unlivable. The manager took pictures and told me to not worry about the couch. Now, it's November and I'm getting contacted to make a payment. Why am I getting this when I was told not to worry? I am open to even starting a new lease but NOT when I have to pay on the old one. I feel blinded by the payments and now want everything in writing to avoid misunderstandings. I contacted via email on Nov 1 and did not get an answer. I contacted again on Nov 8 and I still have nothing. I want this lease voided as I was told. Please help resolve this.

      On November 2023, i signed a leasing agreement with Aarons for a Sofa set. They delivered the sofa set a couple days later and when they did the set came broken with a whole in the back. They negotiated the price with me and agreed that i would pay 2000 total for the sofa. Once i was coming up on the payment i called and asked why it showed i owed 4000 for the sofa. They responded that the agreement was only if i paid the 2000 within 3 months. This was not explained to me at the time of the purchase. I feel they are tricking their customers. In between this time i had also ordered washer and dryer machine and when it was delivered it came with roaches. They made me wait almost two weeks to pick it up and my home is filled with roaches because of them. They brought me a replacement washer and dryer that also came broken. They should be inspected for health and investigated for negligence.

      Dealing with Aarons has been such a headache to say the least. I rented furniture from them and within months, the middle seams are coming apart by the top cushions. I called them and let them know I no longer am willing to pay for items that are poorly made and I needed them to come get them. On 3 separate occasions, I was told a manager would reach out to schedule a pick up date and no one ever reached out. I then moved to ****** and had to reach out to corporate and they told me they would scheduled a pick up with the Lakewood location...Another 2 months passed and I didn't hear anything. 3 weeks ago, I reached out to the Lakewood and let them know the issue and the manager said she spoke to ******* location and she would scheduled a pick up for Wednesday of last week. She then called me on Tuesday and said one of their trucks broke down so they can't come pick up the furniture until this week on Tuesday. Surprise surprise, they didn't show up. I called Lakewood today and another manager said they aren't able to pick up my items because I'm not in the system so there was NEVER EVEN A PICK UP scheduled!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never refer someone to them. I eventually had to stop paying a month ago and I'm still getting calls daily from Greeley for payment but NO CALLS TO PICK UP! Their lack on communication and customer service skills is beyond unacceptable and at this point, will throw this trash furniture away and I dare them to try to collect any further payments after I have been told time and time again that they will pick it up! Just filed yet another complaint today Case #*******

      I rented a stove and refrigerator from this Aaron's location. I then lost my job and was having some trouble keeping up with the payments. I was staying in touch with them and letting them know what I could and could not do, but the store manager, Ajan, who had always been kind to me previously, decided to become demanding, unhelpful, and even threatening to me. When I would call to update him, he started demanding more specific times and plans, he repeatedly told me in a very rude way that my plans were not good enough. then, when I was unable to provide quicker solutions, he started threatening in as rude a manner to abruptly end my contract. At this point, I stopped answering his questions and calls, so he showed up at my door one day, asked me for a timeframe again, and when I told him what I would be able to do, he said that was not good enough and demanded to be let into my house right then to take the items. I asked him what I was supposed to do with all the food for my grandchildren who live here, he stated he would take it out. I asked what I was going to do with it then, and he stated he didn't care. At that point, I told him to go away and I shut the door. I then got online and sent the corporate office a complaint about Ajan and the way he was treating me. The confirmation said I was going to get a call from someone about my complaint, so I answered the next call I got, but it was him again, being ***** than ever. So I quit answering ANY call that said Aaron's, and I already don't answer suspicious calls that have no information. This morning, another man showed up at my door. I didn't get his name, but it was not Ajan, and he indicated he was just a driver. However, he was just as threatening, if not more, than Ajan had been. He stated, "This will be taken care of by Tuesday, or we WIlLL be back and we WILL come in and take the stuff." So I called corporate again and spoke to a female named ***.       Aarons is trying to charge my Grandma ***** ****** for a JbL speaker she never received. We received an ****** speaker that was damaged. (Scratched, and power button was missing) We called the store immediately after delivery to advise them that this was not the item that she ordered. The regional manager ***** told her that the speaker was on back order and would be delivered to her when it became available. Several weeks went by and nothing. We made several calls to the store regarding that issue and no one responded. Since the speaker was broken and we had no response from Aarons. We decided to return the broken speaker and cancel the *** speaker. The ****** speaker that was broken and was picked up by an AArons employee in the Aarons truck on 6/25/2024. I called the store after the pick up to advise them that the item had been picked up and to make sure the *** was canceled. ***** advised us that the account would be closed. We got a letter on October 15th claiming that she was passed due on her account. Now they are claiming she got the *** speaker on 7/16/24. We cancelled the other speaker in June. We never Received any other merchandise from Aarons or signed. So, I took my grandma to the store the same day to try and resolve the issue and behold the speaker we returned was sitting in the front door. Then when we told the counter worker that this was the original speaker we received and returned they told us that what they have in the system is the only thing they have available. I have pictures showing the speaker we received from Fathers Day weekend. It is an ****** speaker not a ***. And when I tried to show them the photos, they started to argue with us and claimed that whatever they had in the system was the ***. Then I called the regional office and the Collections office and filed complaints to them. I was also told that in September someone tried to take out a bed in my grandmothers name. But it was canceled due to nonpayment. Its identity Theft

      Hello! My name is ****** **** I want to start of by saying me and my wife have been customers of ********************** since ******* have paid off multiple pieces of furniture and use this company because its easy and they delivery it and set everything up for you.We recently moved to ******************* Fl and the ********* Fl location was assigned to us. ********************************************************* Location. We placed our order October 3rd..it is currently going into Oct 18th and we have constantly been canceled on, I take off work to accommodate their delivery schedule only to be called end of the day that they arent coming,I understand the hurricane has set everyone back but I have been canceled on 3 times before then with no remorse or regard and the only excuse is they dont have a driver that would have been nice to know in the early morning hours so I didnt have to miss an entire day of work awaiting delivery. We have been waiting on this furniture for 3 weeks, I have never experienced this with any other location. Ever. I am highly disappointed as we were patiently waiting for this furniture and have had to miss multiple work days expecting a delivery that isnt coming. I think its a total lack of caring for their customer to call last minute and cancel so late in the day and I find it extremely unprofessional with no regard for my time. I would like to hear back from your company in regards to this matter because weve been using Aarons for a long time and have been loyal customers. I hope to find some kind of resolution to this matter as we dont want to end our relationship with Aarons over one bad location who doesnt seem to care about the companys reputation.

      So today on 10/15 I reach out to Aaron's to let them know that I had ANOTHER ISSUE with my stove that it caught fire again and now it's not working at all the salesman SHYANNE told me they aren't gonna fix or replace my stove bc my husband has an account with them and he is late on his payment.. which I am NOT on his account and have NOTHING to do with his account we are 2 separate ppl and accounts.. I make my payments on time every month now that I'm a payment off from paying the stove off they are REFUSING to fix the problem that is under warranty... I am disabled and have a disabled child along with 2 other children in my house and we need our stove we have been through enough since these 2 hurricanes ****** and ****** ****** our area ... For them to refuse to replace or fix the stove is wrong..

      This company has been a total nightmare.. the manager has reach out and what we talked about did NOT go as it was supposed to.. Aaron's showed up wanting payments on the other account that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my stove.. my stove is still broken it's a shame I'm a LOYAL customer being treated s***** by these ppl.. here I am STILL with a BROKEN STOVE.. (I have called an electrician to come out and fix my stove and give me proper documentation so i can handle this since these people just wanna give me a run around and NOT stick to the WARRANTY and I'm NOT on there time when they wanna fix it) I also wanna include yesterday when aarons employees came out wanting payments on another individuals account that has absolutely nothing to do with me. I asked him if they were going to switch out my stove and be here about my stove like they were supposed to the gentleman said that his manager ******* wanted them to pick up the payment for a couch that's on another account I told him if that's what they're here for they need to leave my property and so I shut my door and one of the Aaron's employees had opened my door back up and walked in my house without permission ... Very unprofessional.. which I have it all on my home surveillance video and plan on letting a lawyer check it out... I can NOT keep going without my stove as I have MINOR CHILDREN living in my home... And with all this c*** AARON'S is pulling looks as I have to PAY an electrician to fix my stove or go somewhere and have a NEW STOVE delivered to my house bc they are dragging this out and it's NOT far to me as I paid almost ***** for a stove I had MULTIPLE problems with..

      Date of Transaction August *******, promised a delivery date withing 21 business days, October 1, 2024 conctact local store requesting update for delivery date, notified by ******** employee that item is being put together and that the item will be delivered on 10/04/2024 after 3pm, On 10/04/2024 contact local store around 5 pm spoke with staff reports item being put together will be deliver monday 10/07/2024 after 3pm, Monday 10/07/2024 contact aarons local store to confirm delivery after 3pm notified item not ready to be delivered, requested after 5pm delivery or Saturday delivered which was denied by ****** ******, asked if she could check with her manager, and she said she already knows it wont be approved so she is not asking, and that her manager would call me back regarding delivery date, no calls recieved from manager of *******, formal complaints filed twice with the corporate, contacted local store 10/16/2024 spoke with *** reports she can not give me a delivery date and manager will call back today no return call recieved, complaint filed with Aarons on 10/16/2024 requesting cancellation if item delivery date can not be provided and would like a call back from store and regional manager, 10/17/2024 contact aarons store spoke with ***, asked if the item was cancelled or a delivery date determined, notified item was cancelled, ask for a confirmation number for cancellation or that i could come by the store to get a copy, notified that they dont provide confirmation and i would need to contact the online order system with aarons, I asked for contact number for aarons corporate/online number and was told I can look it up and that she does not have time to get the number for me, asked to speak to the manager, and was told the manager was busy with another customer so that they could not talk to me on the phone, heard someone talking loudly in the back ground stating" she can look it up!", and *** **** up the phone.
