Here's my concerns:-Since the time of my first deposit of $5000.00 on 5/14, the excellent communication decreased tremendously. -I was promised updates and pictures along the way, and that never happened.-I've called, texted, and emailed, and there was a lack of responsiveness. In addition to the drop in communication, the customer service is not accommodating.For example, I sent an email on 07/31/21 asking for a response within five days. Unfortunately, that didnt happen, which lead to my decision to cancel my trailer. The services and lack of communication put me in an uncomfortable state to continue to pay large amounts of money, and no strides are being made to meet the promises stated above. Covid-19 has impacted me significantly personally and business-wise, so every decision matters.Below you will find that the contractual agreement was breached based on I wasn't abreast and updated on the status of my purchase. For example, I'm just receiving a response from my email 19 days later. Per my Legal counsel, this is a breach of contract. Another point is that this trailer was confirmed to be done by August of this year. When I initially made the payment on May 14th, Covid wasnt communicated as a concern. You gave me your blessing, confirmation, and confidence that this project would be completed on time and I would be up to date on the progress as it was being built. So the vocabulary in your email is untrue, respectfully.Since May 14th, there has been no evidence provided to me that the trailer has begun in production; therefore, withholding my deposit seems to be unreasonable given that your end of the bargain was not held up. No money should be kept if the services expected were not done. *******, my choice to cancel derived from Dream Big Custom Cargo Trailers, **** is not upholding the agreement, and you are clearly stating (in past email) that the order can not be fulfilled Ive sent a 30 day demand letter twice, still failed communicate
