On 03/04/22 Ordered (2) decals SKU # M15-C3SULE-WSD via PayPal for $50.00. Received the decals on 3/11/22 but there was a problem with the printed banner on the decals. ************ informed me to send the decals back for a refund, which I did Certified Mail, Tracking # ********************, which was received on 03/19/22. Contacted ************ again on 3/23/22 and now they say will not refund $50 because they see no error in decal, and they will not send corrected decals. Asked them to send back original decals I sent back to them and I get no response. 1st Attached picture with area circled in Red shows the printing error. 2nd Attached picture is what is advertised on their website, and is NOT a special Order. https://garzonstudio.com/store/mercury-**********-ultra-low-3-stars-emission-decal-white-shadow.html Extremely poor service and shady business practices.Business response

We will never respond to any complain using this platform, we do not recognize this organization as a useful consumer tool, is just a company that profits on the need of harassment with angry customers that do not recognize their own mistakes. We will never respond to a claim to the BBB platform; this organization is making a profit asking for annual dues to verify business; they want money from every company and do not care about the consumer.
If you have a complaint, you are welcome to use ****** or ******** for an open conversation or contact us personally. If you are the kind of person submitting a review here or even stop by to read them, please do not do business with us. Please don't waste your time and our time.
When needed, we will review your claim publicly by name, address, email and expose our files, photos and video footage to clean our name on social networks, consumer podcasts, live videos, on-air calls, and radio and TV programs, especially if we detect not good faith on your review.Business response
