Meridian Waste is a horrible company. They are not consistent with their pickups and a lot of times there's no pickup at all. Yet they want payment with no service. How is that right? This company has not picked up any trash for the entire month of December 2021. Now we're into a new year January 2022 and they have not picked up any trash this week. People please be aware.

Meridian is terrible. We have had them now for a long time and we are constantly having no trash pick up for one reason or another. Broken down trucks are understandable, however, they should have a back up if they are a company. Refunds should automatically be given when trash is not picked up. It's embarrassing to have your garbage flowing all over the place and your neighbors trash has all been picked up. Sitting on the street for two weeks is very inappropriate and unacceptable.

Still waitng on our trash to picked up for 3 WEEKS NOW !! EVERYTIME I CALL there is no answer i have left numerous messages and NO ONE returns our calls! and emails do NOT get answered i have had to take our trash off and pay someone several times times to keep our can from being to over the top and on the street and this time is my limit ! its been 3 weeks which is beyond ridiculous we have had the company for 6 months and out of the 6 months they have only picked up our trash on our regular scedualed day 2 times !! we have been more than patient with your guys this company needs to be investigated they are taking peoples money and giving the service we paid for ! its illegal what they are doing ! they are always emailing excuse after excuse of why they cant pick up on regular day or even week but yet dont offer refunds on services not rendered !! this company needs to be put out of business i am not the only one who has issues with this comapany if you ride down almost any road all you have to do is look a OVERFLOWING blue can everyone who has service with them needs to take their overflowing can with trash in it to the business address listed on their site and dump off can with trash off with them !! because if my trash isnt picked up this week thats where my can will be ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY !

Something has to change. They have now picked up my trash twice in 5 weeks. My trash sits by the road for weeks at a time and we can not bring it in since we never know the day it will get picked up. No calls or emails saying it will be delayed. Only time I hear from them is an automated call for payment. They miss a week so trash it out beside the can, for them to only dump the can and leave the others. Place should be out of business. How many one star reviews have to be placed before something is done. They're robbing people of money and not providing a service they promise.

POOR CUSTORMER SERVICE POOR PRE PAID SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION IN REGARDS TO COMPANY TAKE OVER BY ANOTHER ENTERPRISE

Been with Meridian Waste for just a little over 6 months. Pick up is AWEFUL. They have only picked up twice on time during the time we have been with them. The excuses range from NO HELP due to unemployment payments, unable to get management assistance, etc. Now rarely does anyone answer the phone. I am embarrassed driving through our subdivision with all the garbage sitting out on the curb for days at a time.. The company says we can cancel BUT...BUT no refunds. This company by no means has been in business for 7 years in Augusta. When I signed up along with others in my development I was told it was a New Company and the guy who owned it was very trustworthy. I would like a refund and for their trash can to be removed from my property, I signed with another Company this morning.

I recently switched to Meridian Waste in November. They've picked up our trash ONE TIME since. They've taken their payment ... When I call the office, no one answers or calls back. The neighborhood has an HOA so trash can't be left out on the curb " just incase" they do decide to come, so we've been having to haul it off ourselves ***while *** paying for a trash service. The Worst Trash Service Ever !!
