The company, Portable Services, Inc. settled in court a judgement of $416.66 back in ************** with myself, the Plaintiff over an incident that occurred in *************. The details behind the initial settlement: I used portable services to pick a dumpster up for a job I was working on at the time. When the initial driver arrived at the property my employees directed him to come to the side of the yard and avoid the driveway. In which he proceeded to do so. The second driver arrived ********* to pick up the dumpster, and this is when we noticed the damage to the driveway. Due to the nature of the initial driver being informed not to come into the driveway, the company should have notated this for when different drivers will arrive at the property. This created more labor and essentially loss in profit on the job, due to the negligence of the company. We settled in court ***********, however, they have yet to respond to any correspondences sent by email, mail, or by phone. This lacks professionalism and accountability to say the least.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 21, 2022/11/29) */ *************************************************************************************************************** To Whom It May Concern: My name is ****** ***** and I am the General Manager for Portable Services as of ********, 2022. I was not aware of this matter as it predated my tenure with the company, but I want you to know the steps I've taken to remedy with Mr. ****** *******. I've contacted Mr. ****** ******* and agreed to remedy this by writing a check for the settlement amount and court cost, minus the $350 balance that was on his account. Mr. ******* has agreed to those terms and said he would be by later this week to pick up payment. It should be noted that the court case Mr. ******* is referencing was against the former owners (********************) of Portable Services. ************ sold the company not long after this case, but did not resolve the complaint with Mr. *******. Having said that, I (on behalf of Portable Services) have contacted Mr. ******* and have agreed to a successful resolution. Again, I've contacted Mr. ******* and we've agreed on a payment to bring this matter to a successful conclusion. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.
