Mortgage Program rules for PMI removal, discrepancies in information provided each time I contact the back via phone, lack of follow-up, non-disclosure, fraud, and overall illegal business tactics.I have attempted on several occasions to remove PMI and the bank keeps changing its process - and does not have a clear disclosure in writing they can provide - they continue to ask for more money and do not reply to emails - since I will no longer communicate via phone - since no one gives the same answer.Business response

Good morning,
I am sorry to hear of your problems with the loan servicing department. However, I was not the loan officer on this transaction as it was based out of our *******, ** branch (I am in our **********, ** branch). After the loan closes we sell our loans to the secondary market and is not serviced by myself or AgSouth Farm Credit. It is owned by and serviced by AgFirst Farm Credit Bank/LoanCare, which I believes and sounds like the client has been dealing with. Their contact phone number is **************. I am rejecting this response because while the ******* office feels they are not responsible for this issue - the AgSouth Agfirst brand and its affiliated companies need to be responsible for how the overall business is run and how their brand reputation is viewed as a whole. Own the issue and fix it versus pointing fingers. This location does not want their reputation to be impacted I simply want my issue resolved - remove the ***** clearly disclose *** rules on your website and treat your customers with decency. Additionally - train employees to answer customer inquires accurately and timely.I was contacted by another person from ******** ** who assured me she would be my point of contact. To this point, I have received paperwork to document the *** disclosures and a rude email reply to my email requesting an update Friday. As of this moment - No BPO has been scheduled.

AgSouth is NOT AgFirst Farm Credit/Loancare. We are 2 totally different entities and she should be filing the complaint with them and not AgSouth or myself. I am located in **********, ** (she resides in **************) and did not originate the loan. My reputation should not be slandered for something I had not part in. I called the borrower to explain this to her and requested for the bank to communicate directly to her as I have no way to assist in this matter and requested her to withdraw the complaint from my name.
