SCAMMERS! Gravity Auto misrepresented selling me a 2022 corvette with 19k miles still under manufacture warranty. 23k miles later the car starting having problems and needs a new transmission, ***** states the car is not under warranty and I am reliable for the cost. I proceed to call Gravity and discuss to them the situation and they state thats how I bought the car and they cannot help.but you sold me a car under manufacture warrant! Due to them not doing there due diligence before selling me the car and stating theres no warranty, they lied and misrepresented car still having warranty and now I am going through a lawsuit .Review from Jason N

Can I give zero stars? This is a deceitful group of thieves. ***, *******, and **** specifically can't be trusted. Be prepared to be lied to and taken advantage of, again and again. There is a lot of talk at this dealership, with zero integrity and character to back it up. I urge you to take your business elsewhere. This has been a disaster of an experience. I will never buy from them again, and I would never refer someone to these jokers.Review from Pani K

PURCHASED ALFA ROMEO ****** SPRINT ON 7/21/2023. I PAID CASH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ***** TO THE **** I CAN NOT GET A *** TAG FOR THE *** WITHOUT THE *****. HAVE A OUT OF ********* PLANNED BUT IT LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THAT.Review from Be A

Buyer beware. Was interested in a vehicle based on the list price of $65,995. Requested a buyers offer sheet with taxes/fees. Not only was the price inflated by $1000, they added in products called "360 Shield" to cover the paint. I did not want/need the products that totaled $1998 and MUST be purchased with the vehicle. This felt deceptive as these "required" cost we not disclosed in the advertising. Felt like sleazy used car salesman tactics. After reviewing BBB comments/complaints, it is clear Gravity's sales practices are questionable @ best. BEWARE of this dealership.Review from Yongli C

I purchased my previous car from Gravity Autos 3 years ago, and I was extremely pleased with the service. I recently traded in my car with Gravity Autos and purchased another car. Both experiences were hassle free. FYI, when I traded in my car, I ended up very nicely on the positive side (Black Book). That speaks volumes of my 1st purchase from Gravity Autos. Ask for ****. You definitely have to negotiate your deal but they will work with you to make sure you are happy. They will also make sure you are 100% satisfied before signing your documents. The customer service is excellent and very professional. Signing process was easy and quick. Left a happy customer with the keys to my Bentley Bentayga.Review from Reg B

I traded a vehicle to this dealership on 3/26/2022 on the purchase of a newer preowned vehicle from them. They was funded by 03/29/2022 by the new banking lender. As of this date (04/27/2022) they still have not paid off my trade in. I have contacted everyone from the Sales person, Sales Manager, back office person that handles payoffs, to the General Manager. They all keep giving me the run around excluding the back office person in which they never responded to the voicemail. I have previously worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years and this by far has been my worst experience. This dealership has now caused a 30 day late payment to hit my credit report. Part of the trade process is before the new deal is funded you must submit to the new lender a copy of a payoff check going to payoff the trade in order to be funded. I will be contacting the new lender to obtain a copy of the packet they sent in for funding. I would not recommend this automotive group to ANYONE!
