  I was interested in getting our driveway replaced and wanted to hire ******* Concrete And Construction. We gave a $3,200.00 down payment on this project on the 07/08/2023, the project was schedule for the following week. Two days my wife thought I needed to wait on the driveway because I am not working as off right now and to wait til I return back to work. I then called ******* Concrete to inform them we where going to wait on the driveway. I was told then a deposit on the cement truck has been placed on order and to give him a few days to get my full refund back. I then start texting regarding our refund at one time I was told he was in ************ *********** on vacation and he was going to get with me the following week. NOW THEY OUR AVOIDING CALLS AND TEXTS. I DO NOT HAVE $3,200.00 TO JUST THROW A WAY. I could use your help before taking this matter to a Small Claim Court...

  Hello again ***************, it's now 8:34 PM and I have not heard or received a text or call that you are coming to my place today to return my $4,000 thousand dollars to day by this evening. I noticed I can not trust anything you tell me or say you will do. Very bad and unprofessional busy for sure. I'm sure, this will catch up to you at some point, if not already. I'm only concern about returning my full Deposit for a job that was terminated, due to you not doing what you said you would do on or first look at the project and my property with me, and not with out me on this past Saturday on our scheduled 1PM appointment. That did not happen at all, and you have your self to blame for the termination of our contract and deposit agreement. You said, you and your *******, trespass on my proper, without my permission at 9AM on Saturday, buy not text or calling me first, to let me know you are coming to my house at 9AM and not 1PM. I told you to call me when your on your way to my home and property, you decided, to ignore my demand and instructions and not do the at all. You came to my home, you say at 9AM on Saturday, March 12, 2023 according to you, but I don't believe you at all, I've been lied you by you every step of the way, even today and waiting to the evening, for either $2,000 of my $4,000 deposit paid back to me in cash. But you lied again. You said you would give me all money of $4,000 by NLT Friday, March 24, 2023 or sooner according to our phone conversation today. We will see if that happens also, I'll believe it, when you do it and pay me back my deposit, that you have not earned at all. At this point you and your company have until Friday, March 24, 2023 or sooner to return all my $4,000 dollar deposit as soon as possible. If you choice to ignore me or not return all my $4,000 deposit No Later Than next Friday, March 24, 2023, by close of business by 5PM on that day, I will start the legal proceeding against you, the name on the check that cashed it, and your company, first thing on the filling Monday, March 27, 2023, Filed on Dekalb County or the County you live in. Please return all my deposit of $4,000 as soon as possible, with no excesses or delays with my deposit money, or I will see you all in court, as soon as possible. Please return my deposit money for a terminated project for to add drive at my house, due to you ignoring me and trespassing on my property, if you came, you did not notify me, you did not go over the project with me on Saturday at all after getting my $4,000 deposit when that is what was supposed to take place on Saturday. No excuses for this unprofessional lack of coordinating with me on Saturday and contacting me. I call you at 1PM on Saturday and that is when you told me this crazy story or lie that makes no sense at all, and is not what I agreed to at all. Bottom line, please blame yourself for me termination of this driveway project immediately on Saturday after this all took place by you *******************. Please just bring me all my deposit money as soon as possible and call me to let me know you are on your way or bring me a good check or cash for the full $4,000 deposit to you and your concrete company.
