On 9/19/2023, I dropped a package for shipping by *** via this third party vendor. I was told the cost for two day shipping was @$25, which is what I paid. The package never arrived. I called 2Speedy Express to see what happened. When I finally reached someone, not on the phone because no one ever answered, I was told that just picked up the package. That was a week after it was supposed to be delivered. I waited another two days still nothing. I called *** and was told I needed to wait another two days to file a claim. In the meantime the third party vendor filed a claim. Their claim was incomplete so *** closed it. I was not able to file an accurate claim because the third part companys claim was filed and closed. My package has not been found/delivered and I am still trying to get someone from either the third party company or *** to give me some type of resolution. At this point it appears I paid $25 to be taken advantage of and given the run around when I am trying to get an answer.The package contained a custom made rug.
