IQ International made an aggressive and threatening phone call to me on July 25, 2024 insisting I make an immediate payment of past due charges for move-out fees, damages and interest on an apartment my son left on May 28, 2024. No electronic or physical communication with me occurred prior to this phone call. When I requested a detailing of the charges, I was told I could only have that information if I verbally committed to make full payment that day. I said I couldn't commit to paying charges I had not seen, and if they would send them to me I would review and respond. The collector, ***************, refused to share the information and escalated quickly to threatening immediate action that would keep me and my son from ever being able to rent or purchase a home again. I asked him to wait a moment while I called my son to ask what the situation was, and the collector said my son was a liar and it would not matter what he said. He would not identify his business by anything but name no business id saying that I was using stalling tactics. I'm not accustomed to paying strangers money over the phone for unsubstantiated charges, and so he hung up on me. My son has already paid the bill. I would like this company to rescind any action it has taken against me or my son's credit reports immediately.Initial Complaint

I called them on 01/18 to resolve a debt and spoke to a rep who was not helpful and hung up on me. They offered me a settlement and refused to provide paperwork saying what they were offering. ******* hung on me told me good luck and i think this is discrimnination because he knows my financial situation. ******* who took the call should not be handling business and this should be taken off my credit. I am not liable for this debt with Liberty mutual and I do not have a contract with ***************** services, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.Initial Complaint

I notice that there was ***** on my credit from NV Energy I called them on several occasion even filed a complaint with PUC. I applied for an apartment at the Calypso apartments in ********* in 2021 I was approved but did not move in due to the apartment was not ready and I recd a full refund This was clearly the apartment fault I was moving from another state (*********) but because the place was not ready they voided the lease. The utilities were set up with NVR and never canceled I reached out to them an told them that I never live there I was never notified they ignored me so I called the apartment complex and spoke a manager whom gave me IQ international who is also ***************************. I spoke to ******* who talk to me like a dog because I was not willing to give my social security number and then he hung up when I ask for a supervisor. I called back and spoke with ****** and the same attitude and I called back and spoke with ***** ended cussing her out. I called back and spoke to receptionist whom said her name was ******* and she could only transfer calls. She spelled the name of the company. I never lived at the Calyptso Apt in *************** ** and I want the info on my credit file remove or there will be serious consequences. How are you billing me for something I did not use and NEVER LIVED AT THE ADDRESS
