*** *********************** **** dealership did a bait and switch on me. The dealership is over 1 and half away and I took the time to go out. Come to realize when I got there the 3 jeeps I was looking at and had the biggest discounts were all how conveniently loaned out but could offer me another jeep but for a higher price. I was not happy. Very unsatisfied as they told me they were available. I would never recommended this dealership to anyone. Dealerships are hurting to sell their 2024 and then they do a bait and switch on a customer. I would give them NO stars if I could. Highly do not recommend *** Jackson Dealership

If I could give negative stars I would. I would highly recommend to go anywhere else but here for a used car. I did my research and new exactly what I wanted, it should have been the easiest sell in their career if they didn't try to scam and overcharge me. No one made me feel welcomed. I should have known how shady this dealership would be by our sales person. **** was so twitchy, short answered and always nervous. ******* was the easiest person to deal with but don't believe any of their promises (GET IT IN WRITING) it's been a few months ago and I am still waiting on what I was promised, they don't want to provide items that where on their description of what the vehicle came with. I drove over 1 hour to go buy this car and when we finished, they only gave me a quarter tank of gas. (They stated the only give a full tank of gas on new cars) SMH. The car was not cleaned, Carfax was not given, only 1 key fob was given. I had to turn around and get an oil change because they didn't do that either. I had to change tires, cabin air filter and air filter. On top of that I needed to get an alignment. And the sales Manager ***** didn't care at all. Til this day still waiting for him to call me back. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY SAY! Who knows if they treated me that way because I am a female, Hispanic, with good credit.

***** ********************** at Don ********************** North doesnt honor the rebate offered to customers in my paperwork I only got a $2000 rebate the rebate was offered for around $9000 didnt get a loyalty discount as promised this was my 3rd car I purchased from Don ********************** North and my last, ***** ********************** is a thief and a shark.

Beautiful place but buyer beware of what car you take home!!! It might not be the one you test drove and done paperwork on!! And they don't care nothing about you after the sell is complete. We bought a car from them thought we were good to go on the way home we kinda thought the car was different then the one we drove and looked at but brushed it off as it was the same car same features nothing was out of the norm , fast foward a month later my insurance calls and tells me the *** on the paper work and the *** I sent in a picture do not match so at this point I'm thinking what's going on? She tells me she can resend the vin numbers and update on her end so at the point I'm think all is okay. NOPE the dealership "Don *********************** calls and says he you got the wrong car we had a mess up the one you were supposed to have is at the dealership... at this point I'm think wth , so guy tells me it's a simple fix so the lender send paperwork to fix the vin about a week later , we get the paper back to them and we add in that our tag renewal is coming up the tag we already have on the car is illegal due to being "the wrong car" I get told we have some time I'll work on things on my end. A month goes on no answer well I finally get impatient and contact *** Jackson again and once again tell them hey my tag is out in a week and we're riding around illegally my wife and I just had a baby and he's in the Nicu were having to drive back and fourth with this car we need the tag and title fixed. I get told we are working on it , at this point we have 4 days until we're super illegal , well 4 days go back and here we are no contact the guy that was "handling" doesn't work there and this whole "process that I keep being told is being worked on has taken 2 months we drove around in a car that wasn't even the one we bought for 2 month before being told hey we messed up!! At this point I'm tired of being nice I should have just gotten the car I financed onpaperinstead ofkeepingtheonewehave

Bought a used truck- Bad bondo job and shoddy paint cracked through in a week. After a talk with the management- they decided they would help out on it and fix the issue. Picked up the truck- white overspray everywhere. On the Windshield- on the clear coat- everywhere on the truck from where the painter didnt cover the truck while he was spraying another vehicle. I decided to let it ride. Well- I did for about a month- until the cab started pouring water down the front windshield into the truck. Seriously- it will drip on you- and all of the other electrical components. Took it over to another shop because Don ********************** wont be seeing my face again. Got home from a week long work trip tonight only to find heavy condensation on all the interior windows. Dripping. Seriously guys, just dont buy from here. 30k truck sold like it was brand new with no known issues- walk out the door- and the paint cracks and theres a swimming pool in the floor. The As Is responses from the dealership on all of these negative comments about them tells you about all you need to know. No accountability here- no honor of the business name to stand behind their product. Just this garbage. On every review that wasnt someone trying to help their salesperson out. You guys need to fire your buyer. If he cant get his tail up out of the office and physically go look at these cars- instead of buying whatever it is youre selling north Georgia as a pig in lipstick - and then spending the rest of his day talking to the boys in the bullpen. This is still a small town with hard working folks trying to make a living. Yall are criminals for doing this stuff. Seriously. Yall need to close the doors and head on back down to where yall s**** people over in business for fun. I would be ashamed to say I worked at this place. I have bought cars from 23 dealerships- and as a disabled veteran- this is the worst of the worst of what dealerships can do to you.

Never again used car are not service. This are not working on car and they make you pay for it. Because it is As Is. I'm in a wheelchair and they don't care. My ******* has no tail light due too water damage. Over **** dollars in damage and I just bought it. Can't keep my dodge in the rain. Build up more water damage.

****************** is terrible, got extended warranty that covers nothing and cost **** dollars Every time i have taken my jeep there i had more problems with it then it had before. ****************** ladies were rude and not helpful seemed annoyed. I bought my car here and have had nothing but bad luck with them and my jeep.

One of the worst dealerships in Georgia ! I strongly urge you to steer clear of this dealership. My experience there was nothing short of inhumane and disgraceful. The mistreatment initially began with the receptionist, beyond rude. The lady responsible for handling the tags will not process your tags. When I requested to speak to someone else for assistance, the receptionist raised her voice and informed me that there was no alternative point of contact. This sequence of mistreatment, starting with the receptionist and extending to the tag handler, turned what should have been an enjoyable experience into a nightmare. To make matters even worse, they are intentionally delaying the submission of paperwork until the last day (day 45), effectively risking the expiration of my tags. This behavior has led to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership at all costs

DO NOT BUY USED FROM HERE. They do not inspect vehicles before reselling and they will leave you with the repair bill. Youd better be a mechanic and know what to look for if you buy a used vehicle from Don ************************ purchased a used 2019 ram **** 5.7 hemi about 3 weeks ago. The day after I got it, a horrible squealing started coming from the engine bay. I also noticed the door lock keyhole had been drilled out. This did not happen in my possession as ****** said, I had it for less than 24hrs and garage parked it when I noticed it. I immediately texted the salesman who I worked with and asked for help. He told me his manager said the sale is final and I can kick rocks for all they care. Fast forward to today, the squeaking in the engine has turned into coolant puking out from somewhere. Now I cannot drive the truck until its repaired. When I tried to contact the sales manager about this, I was sent to voicemail. I asked the lady directing my call if she knew if the sales manager was in his office, she said yes. Yet I still got a voicemail. My calls are still being avoided and I am left with god knows how may repairs to a truck I have had for less than a month and have put less than 200 miles on.
