Item was purchased on 4/8/2023 and Westside Beverage overcharged me. The price was supposed to be ***** + tax(7%) which comes to 25.67-the price I have paid for years. I was charged ***** which is a overcharge of .72 and I was not credited my loyalty points as I am a loyalty member. I called the business and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager. He was extremely rude and said he was not going to do anything about the issue and admitted they were switching over to a new computer system at checkout. He refused to listen to my concerns and would not make their mistake right.Business response

************** failed to understand with the switch of systems now there is a card price and cash price. He was not interested in listening to the employee and was determined to get back all .72 he mistakenly thought he was owed. He was not shorted anything and is also owed nothing. He paid with an amex which is a card and the amount he paid was correct.

I am rejecting this response because:
The manager NEVER said anything about an additional fee for using AMEX. He was completely rude and would not admit to any wrong and treated me very bad. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. I spend on average $1,000 per year there since they opened but my business will be going to Max ********************** store as will everyone I come into contact at the large retailer I work for. The business needs to train their employees customer service skills.
