I placed an order through your Wendys app. My order was cancelled due to the store being closed, if the store was closed my order should not have been processed. I am know being told that it will take ***** business days to get my money back which is not feasible for me. I went to Wendys last night with the intentions to get 3) 4 for 4 meals and 2) 5 for 5 meals. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade and chili and baked potato. When I got to the window the attendant let me know they didnt have any more fries which she told have told me at the speaker but I had already waited so long in line. So instead of her still charging for the 4 for 4 and 5 for 5 She sat here and rang everything up individually which ended up costing me double the price for everything. I still had to wait for my food at the door like they cooked **************** and the burgers were old the bun was hard and not even hot. The nuggets and the chili were okay they just didnt have any bbq sauce. Then when they give me the strawberry lemonade its literally 1 drop of pure in the lemonade as asked the employee to add the strawberry pure because thats what I ordered and she proceeds to tell me they ran out of the syrup! So why am I being over charged for all this problems that we days is having. That is insane. I tried to speak with the cashier at the time about how I was being charged but the wait was so long I couldnt wait so I decided to write the bbb to see if i could get a refund or a price adjustment for the extra money I had to pay for Wendys running out of items. My receipt number is #**** from the Wendys on ************** in **************, **.
