They picked up my items on 5/12/22 and delivered them on 6/25/22. This was past the delivery window and caused severe back pain as I lived on an air mattress and plastic chair for over 6 weeks. When they did deliver my items, a lot of my stuff was damaged. The movers that unloaded my items in ***** stated that the truck was incorrectly packed and that a strap broke and everything fell on each other throughout the drive. I paid extra (an additional $1350 for full replacement insurance and I indicated that I was going to be filing a claim. I filed a claim for their insurance and they under-valued everything (below replacement value) and denied my claim of $5950 and are not compensating me. They damaged my items beyond repair and they need to be replaced. I deserve to be compensated per the insurance policy for the items that their company damaged.Business response

The customer complained that the items were undervalued and so she didnt get compensated for damages.
The Claims Specialists stated that her damages were given a fair assessment and treated according to the Terms and Conditions of Option 1 of the Addendum to the Household Goods Bill of Lading. It is noted that there was $1000 deductible on that option.
we regret we are not able to offer a refund, as her claims was given a fair treatment.

This is not an acceptable response. I paid an additional $1400 for extra coverage insurance and they valued my items at less than the lower coverage insurance option. That is fraud. I provided receipts for all of my goods and they damaged my items beyond repair. I need to replace all of the items that they broke. They also damaged irreplaceable family heirlooms. Im just looking for my insurance claim that I deserve for the damages this company caused. The movers admitted that the damages were a fault of ****** and how the truck was packed. Im just looking for the payment I deserve based on my insurance to replace the essential items of mine that were damaged.Initial Complaint

Quick Easy Moving Services is the subcontractor for my moving job through Verified *** Lines. My belongings were picked up on June 12, 2022. At the time of pick up, the movers said my things would be delivered by the end of the week, June 17, 2022. When I got in contact after that date, I was told I would receive a delivery date by June 24 at the latest. Both Verified *** Lines and Quick Easy Moving Services gave me this date. The date came and went with no contact. I contacted both Verified and Quick Easy Moving Services. The latter finally gave me a delivery window of July 3-6. When I contacted near the end of this window, I was told they would not meet it, and they'd get back in touch. They still have not done so. I was told by Verified *** Lines, my belongings would arrive in 1-7 business days, which would be June 24. Today, we are now at 14 business days (July 6). I just would like to receive my belongings ASAP.Initial Complaint

My items were picked up on 5/12 and i have not received any update on eta or any communication from them. There is no number on the *** and the number on their website and on their ******** page has been disconnected. I booked my order with Verified *** Lines and have no way of contacting the company that actually has my stuff.
