  On December 17 2pm was suppose to be a memorable moment but it definitely was by far. My husband and I could have left for our honeymoon on Wednesday but since FALLONS contract says Its Nonrefundable and NoN transferable we had to wait until after the quick ceremony .. I wasnt expecting a big wedding with alot of ppl bc of our honeymoon But the day of this disaster! She didnt call me I had to call her ! She only texted a script ! I called her and asked about traffic and we MIGHT BE BEHIND BUT WE WAS NOT its Atlanta so its always traffic ! We were ON TIME TO THE COURTHOUSE! I screenshot everything and you can see for yourself ! She was 45 mins LATE in her text to us ! She wasnt going to make the 2pm time ! I called her and asked was she going to make it but she was NOT AND WAS IN TRAFFIC! I still was nice ! She said we get a PARTIAL refund but her contract I read says if she cant perform then we get A FULL REFUND ! We was in LAWRENCEVILLE FROM RIVERDALE! We had to catch a flight at 8:39 but be at the airport by 5:39 ! I was very forgiving ! She said she doesnt have the money I didnt curse at her or blow up and act a fool ! She was remorseful the day of this DISASTER! I text her today December 21st just inquiring about the refund not in rude manner .. she starts with the contract stuff and I am disgusted of the manner of the text I will be posting my experience on ALL SITES AND I will be contacting the BBB AS WELL! BAD SERVICE !!! WE WILL HAVE A CEREMONY BUT IT WONT BE WITH ***********************! WE PAID $450 thats the FULL REFUND

  I am so disappointed to receive this from ***************************.

  
  Especially after she knows I just lost my 4 month old son in November.

  This was incredibly cruel and selfish. 
  

  To be completely clear -

  We agreed to cancel the ceremony so she could make her flight.

  I was caught in traffic. 

  Zayna agreed.

  Zayna never sent in nor brought in her marriage license as she stated. 
  
  
  I refunded $350 even though ************************** does not give refunds at all.
  
  
  I refunded Zayna directly through cash app. 
  
  
  I refunded it within the agreed time period. 
  
  
  The remaining amount is for certifying her marriage. 
  
  
  I was told she would bring in her license after she returned from her trip. 
  
  
  Zayna agreed to the refund that was set. 
  
  
  If I wanted to cheat Zayna out of her money then I would of refunded absolutely nothing.
