**** recommended me to this company after informing me that my **** Bravia 65 ** would need to be scheduled for repair. With this recommendation coming from ****, I figured this would be a decent place to have the repairs done. Believe the reviews and AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself the headache. The only thing that was rapid about this repair was them coming out to collect their $100 diagnostic fee (which I would appreciate being refunded for, considering they didnt hold up their end of the bargain). Communication was nonexistent throughout the whole process. I was always the one who had to initiate the phone call to inquire about the status of the part I was waiting on, and was always met with a lie, which was mostly, Im going to see whats going on with your part and give you a call right back. Yeah, dont hold your breath if they ever feed you that line. With all that being said, thats even if youre lucky enough for them to pick up the phone in the first place! I initially called the company in mid March and had been getting the run around for 2 months before deciding on getting the repairs done with another company, (who was able to do what they couldnt in 2 months within 2 days for a much cheaper price and the ** is now working like brand new). How this company is still in business is mind blowing to me. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Only reason theyre getting the one star from me is because thats as low as the review would let me go. But if you're wanting your money and time wasted, by all means, look no further!
