I purchased ice cream 9/1/2024 at 8:30pm. The young lady seems to have no clue of the type of ice cream. When they made my order it as extremely sloppy! Ice cream falling all over the sides of the cone. I went and asked for a cup and it was too much. The staff seems to be under age without have a manager or supervisor on duty. Just to not have an adult is not good. The young ladies were really being unprofessional and immature, running hiding in the back. I asked for a refund and I was told the owner Ms ***** refused to answer her phone all evening and they could not give me a refund. I left the ice cream and took my receipt.Business response

I am pleased to inform you that, as of September 5, we have new management in place, and we're committed to making significant improvements to ensure a better experience for all our customers. Moving forward, we will have an adult supervisor on-site at all times to address any issues promptly and maintain our high standards of service.
Please know that we are dedicated to resolving this matter fully and to exceeding your expectations in the future. Should you encounter any issues again, I will personally ensure that they are escalated and resolved swiftly to meet ********* standards.
