I took a pair of *********************** ankle boots to this shop for repair. They was suppose to add a zipper. Instead of him saying he couldnt do it. He added a zipper and he messed up my 125 hundred dollar boots, and he charged me 65 dollars to do it! The zipper was too big and he jus sowed it to the top of the boot. Then he cut too much so the boot doesnt fit anymore. I want my money back for the boots and the repairs. I took the boots in to complain I was told to call back. When I called there was no answer a few times other time they just kept taking a message. No one has reached its been months. Im tired of waiting I have receipts that I brought my boots there.Business response

Sorry you was not satisfied, the owner will like to try and correct the mistake bring the boots back in to us to repair. If not we can pay the amount for the boots as long as you have a receipt of purchase and we will keep the boots. Do not think you should have us to pay for the boots and get your money back for the repairs. Because service was done on the boots. It is our goal to do a great job on shoe repairs. I am rejecting this response because: the owner said that he couldnt fix them. He said that was the best that he could do. I called many times I even sent my husband! I am not comfortable with you fixing anything for me! The service was horrible.
