I took my deceased grandmothers ***** ***********'s gold pendant to add a loop to wear and my father's gold bracelet to remove a link to Randolph's jewelry. There was only 2 other gentleman in the room and I watched him place both items in a clear pocket size ziplock bag. All he was holding was the jewelry in the bag and the receipt for the ticket he just wrote up. He had possession of both items. I returned days after and retrieved the gold bracelet for my dad, he notified me that the pendant would be done shortly after. I continued to return to the store numerous times and their story changed from "we are looking, rewatching security tapes, it is not lost, you will get it back." To asking me to show the receipt, questioning if I even brought it to them. His wife instructed me to send her pictures of the pendant to her mobile number. I have the receipt and have shown it to them numerous times. I call and receive no call back, it has been 3 weeks, his wife helps him at the shop however she was not present in the store when I dropped off both items. I do not know if they "lost" it or that he/she have decided to now covent the item. However, I would just like it back. I do not want any work done, no loop to be able to wear. It was my mothers, mother's before it was handed down to me. **************************************************************************************************************************************** What it means to me is irreplaceable. I would like it back, and compensation for stress related to PTSD as I am a disabled veteran and have very little memorabilia related to lost loved ones, service and non-service connected.
