I purchased 2 reserved seats for a concert (***************) at this establishment. Upon arrival there was another party seated at our reserved table. After waiting 45 minutes we were told the staff was unable to get the other party to move and we were not offered alternative seating, the purchased tickets were not honored. Upon contacting the facility we were told to contact event brite for a refund, who then advised us to contact tha facility directly. Since then management refuses to call or email back. We paid for a service that was not honored and would like the purchase price refunded. ($128.34) its simply not right to tell reserve tickets and then not honor the tickets when a customer shows.
