      SPP *** called on August 5, 2024 at 3:54 pm and left message at 3:55pm stating a civil lawsuit/serving of papers on a debt that was settled in February of 2022. They then called my place of employment (within 5 minutes or so of when they left a message on my cell phone) which is a Church, and disclosed such civil suit and serving of papers there. He then called me Aug 5, 2024 at 4:12pm. The pastor told them they would be arrested for trespassing. I called the number left and provided papers through email that the debt had been settled. It was a company called ********? which is not the same company that called. The person I spoke with said that my pastor was not a nice person and that I shouldn't go to that church. Well they pay me since I am the organist. I did not even get an apology for harassing me for a PAID debt and breaking the law since they already had my contact information and still contacted a third party and gave details of this PAID debt they are trying to recollect on. I cannot get them to stop selling this account to various agencies as this is the third time I have had to email proof of payment. This is emotionally and professionally upsetting me and my employer and I may have to sue for infringing on my civil rights.

      This company contacted multiple people in my family. I called them and arranged a payment plan for a debt. I am now being contacted by another company claiming they do not see any proof that I have been paying on this debt. I have tried to reach out over the last couple of months as I have been paying on this since 10/2022. I am concerned that this debt will not be taken care of since I cannot reach anyone and its not showing that the debt is being taken care of. Im receiving multiple harrassing calls every day. I want to speak with someone from this company. Im considering stopping the payments since it seems to be fraudulent.

      I paid a settlement amount to SPP on an account they recieved in my name. I paid the requested amount as well as signed the requested documents and was told I would be provided signed copies via email. I have not received the documents and I am now being contacted by another agency for this debt. I would like a copy of the signed document that this is paid and closed.

      I have been calling SPP INC. literally all day everyday since March 28, 2023: March 29 ***** from 9:15 AM on 1-(877) ********, got a full shower, dressed, did my hair while listening for ANYONE to come on the line. Had a sandwich at 11:15 and called SSP **** back on 800 -***-1383 at 12;45 pm I was on hold until 4pm, at 4 pm I callled the other line again 877-***-1383 NO ONE ever comes to the phone. Including now March 30, 2023 and I've been on hold since 9:20 and still holding. When you call SPP INC. and put in the extension they give on thier website ext1095, the recording just says " we have not received your request, please wait for the next available customer service represenative" and on hold you go. March 29, 2023 at 4PM I called the 877-******** number again and still held until 7pm. Their website states they will close at 7pm, I had a hour and a half more to wait and I did just so I could truly can say I waited on hold and no one came on the line. I called yesterday March 29, 2023 at 4 PM and no answer. I have a simple question I think(?) I just wanted to see if SPP *** we're able to take out the funds for March because I see nothing on my side at all. However now my question is WHAT IS GOING ON? your website says your open 9-7pm (EST) in Georgia, I'm calling from ******** also (EST) Eastern Standard Time so I know when I call I'm calling well within the hours of operation to talk to someone at SPP INC.,anyone for that matter. The other times I've called I was able to talk to somone. I do not call very often as I should. It was 6:50 pm March 29***** and STILL was on hold just incrdible! and then 7 pm they were officially closed. This just shows me how SPP INC. truely runs their business, worst part is your making me be crass and that's not me. I will be calling you tomorrow too."This is an attempt to collect a response", *********************

      This company began sending me text messages on 10/13/22 about contacting them and to confirm my name. I messaged them back and confirmed and asked who was I speaking to. They did not respond to me. Within 1 hour they texted 3 family members asking for me to contact them. On 10/17/22, I received a text message from this company stating to call them. On 10/18/22 Two other family members were sent text messages in regards to trying to contact me. They had no reason to contact my other family members since I had already confirm my number on 10/13/22. They continued to harass my family members with text messages. This company is unethical and harrasss consumers instead of trying to contact and work with the consumer directly. If they wanted to contact me they should have simply called or sent me a letter in the mail like any other professional company does. Instead their tactics of harassment are unethical and they simply are trying to bully and scare people into responding to them. I called them on 10/18/22 and notified them to stop contacting my family members and that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB for their poor and harassing tactics.

      We do not show any payments ever being made by this person and cannot issue a refund. Further after attempting to look the the phone number in this complaint we are unable to even locate a call ever being placed to that number. However I have added the number to our system and ensured it is on do not call.

      This company sent my husband a text & named me as the person they are trying to contact, The text Read this Hi (my name) It's ******* from SPP. Reaching out about an update we need for account ID #( ) MY RESPONSE: I'm not sure what this is in regards to, but this is my husband's phone# please do not contact him anymore, you can reach me on my cell # I listed my cell #. This was about a month ago. I've yet to get a text or VM from this company, but instead they sent my husband another text, again naming me, even though I asked them not to contact him anymore, but instead contact me and gave them my cell phone number... Because they blatantly ignored my request and sent but yet another text to my husband's phone... I want them to immediately stop contacting anybody listed as someone that knows me PERIOD! Because I already asked this *** to contact me(listed my#) and they haven't, but instead contacted my husband AGAIN! NOW I DON'T TRUST this *** is on the up n up, so now before I will engage w/anyone from this ***, they must 1st supply me w/evidence (documentation) listing me as the person that owes money to listing that business ******************** # and also my signature. They can either send it to my phone number, which I already gave them once, or they can email it to me @ ******************* Thank you for your help in this matter.       This company calls and harasses me constantly. I wish to no longer be contacted. They keep threatening me and my family. They have told me I would be a runaway felon and have my entire paycheck stolen from me. I wish to no longer be contacted and would do business by mail but being harassed and threatened constantly is against the law. This company is the worst. I would not recommend any company to do business with them. Im in fear for my life and am scared to leave my home because of the constant threats.

      After reviewing calls made to you. This is a completely fabricated complaint. At no time did we threaten you in any way. You have however been contacted based on your declined payments since Jan of this year. We have followed the guidelines of the fdcpa with each contact. However based on this complaint we have forwarded your account back to our client and our office will stop efforts on this account going forward.       This company has harassed my family members and friends by sending them constant text msg I have called to try to speak to someone and constantly have been hung up on when asking about information regarding this so called money I owe they cant verify anything also they state when I call they sent notices out and Ive never seen these notices ever I just want them to stop calling and harassing me and my family
