In April 2024 I was mislead by a company to help me find work as I needed an income since I am 76 yrs old and on S.S. But I am constantly being charged $274 @ mo. for the past 3 mos. I hardly receive a lead, and if I do and do not accept it I am penalized and I HAVE TO PAY THEM! If I go to give an estimate but do not get the job, AGAIN, I HAVE TO PAY THEM. Networx is scamming a senior citizen. I have tried cancelling but they won't allow it. What sort of company takes advantage of a senior of 76?? Recently, I have received disturbing news regarding my health and still they will not allow me to cancel. They continue to charge my Discover card each month and I have no where to turn. If the Employer explained how one sided this Company is, I would have never allowed myself to be taken advantage of Can you help a senior and a Veteran? This money could help me pay my rent. Thank you

Unsolicitated request for payment of services that we don't use. This payment was made in error while the usual staff person was out of town. We use a different company for our domain name. This is spam. We request a refund of $194.00 and removal of our name from your mailing lists.

I was billed for the annual domain/website for my website "fishinghomeralaska.com". I paid $194.00, check #****, on Feb. 27, 2023. It was cashed on March 27, 2023. Customer ID #******** later learned that this did not renew my domain and found out this was a scam.

SQ Internet networx illegally took usd ****** from my business account. They sent a fake **** for internet services and my new secretary gave them the credit card information without knowing. I went to the website of SQ internet networx and there was neither an address nor a phone number to reach them. I typed my complaint in the text box they had and asked them not to process the payment because mu church had no business relationship with them. However they went ahead and took the money from my business account on June 22nd 2022. I want them to refund my money.

I am rejecting this response because: they are simply asking for my email address which I have already submitted to BBB. All I need them to do is put the money back on the business credit card from which they took it.

Please BBB give them my email: *****************************

Domain Listings sent an invoice stating that it needed ****** for ********** listing on December 01, 2021. This was paid on January 12, 2022. I just spoke with our marketing team and was told they handle **********. I have paid them two other times in the past, as well. When you call the number listed on the "****", you get nothing. We would like a refund. I can provide records showing dates and check numbers for all of the charges. I will add that the "****" says "Return by date above to avoid domain listing expiring", which is 100% completely misleading.

I have been receiving emails from Internet Networx for several years and have been paying them for our website domain. I have tried to contact them for a refund due to them not owning **********, which is what the invoice implies. I would like a refund for the purchases that were made and can provide check numbers showing that invoices were paid.

I am new to my position at my company and just found out we have been paying Internet Networx for the past 3 years (possibly longer) for a service that we do not have with them. They are sending us invoices yearly to renew our domain with them but we have our domain hosted through a different agency. I am requesting a refund from Internet Networx for $582 for the past 3 years of fraudulent invoices that were paid unbeknownst to me. I understand if we cannot get a refund for 2020 or 2021 but we should be able to get 2022 back. The dates on the past 3 invoices are 1/13/20, 1/4/21, 1/1/22. Again, we do not have an account with this company and have never used their services for our website domain. They are sending these misleading invoices out to companies as a wide net fishing scam and need to be stopped.

We received a statement 12/01/2021 from Internet Networx needs to be renewed for our annual Domain/Website logansportlifegate.org for $194.00. Little did I know this was a scam, being new to my position here at the church. I emailed them and their response was we do owe them they are our DNS listing site. Go Daddy has our domain name not Internet Networx. I have attached all the documents I have. Please advise.
