Service on 6/15/2023 I Drove 10 hours to ****** from ***** to save money due to high shipping costs of a very heavy machine.Paid 1220$ for maintenance and repair due to the machine was not functioning.The Service was performed on a IS400 engraving machine.-Parts are missing (top cover) to cover Internal parts needed so the machine does not break due to dust and debris.-New Parts purchased out of pocket were not installed.-Maintenance was not performed ( Lubrication, clean internals )-Purchased a USB to DB9 serial Cable for my computer. The wrong cable was given. The connectors do not match my graving machine. I did not know this until I tried to work on many customer orders.Due to this problem, I have already lost over 1200$ turning customers away and customers taking their order to another jeweler shop.
