Exceptional customer service! *** was quick to respond to calls, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed. I will definitely use him again if I need any lawnmower repair services again.Review from Fernando P

Horrible experience from the very start. Booked a package and read the fine prints all over his website and understood it would $295 for the basic service and $40-$60 SOMETIMES for being farther. I book an appointment and he calls me saying he will be early, so I leave work early and wait an hour, no call or text saying he's running late. After being 30 minutes late I call to see if he's still coming and he says he's close. Gets here, and shows up with some croc like shoes and a rip in his shorts exposing his WHOLE **** cheeck and no underwear. Anyway, guy is friendly and knowledgeable, gets here late 6:30pm and is done by 7:30pm. He then proceeds to tell me its going to be $295 + $60 + 3 extra services he did at $40 each. He tells me whenever he does something out of the scope of work in the package it's an extra $40 if it takes him more than 15 minutes to do. Mind you this was not anywhere on the website or on the fine print. And I mention that and he says yeah well the website is old I need to update it. I ask him what extra services he did that would incur the 3 extra charges. He said an electrical one that required him to jump start my battery and tighten the bolts, another one was a mechanical one where he had to tighten a bolt for a safety feature ? Then the 3rd was because he inflated my tire.. Now mind you he said it's $40 per service over 15 minutes but he was only here 1 hour. And he tore up my front lawn trying to do cuts to make sure the machine was working. And in the end he didn't even really fix anything he just explained how oil might have gotten into a wrong spot, changed the oil, sharpened my blade and put on my new one I had, never cleaned it like he said he would in the package description. He ended up dropping 1 service charge for a grand total of $435. Also he never mentioned to me that he would charge extra for anything until the end, I just paid him so he could go away but definitely do not recommend doing business with this man.Review from CHER K

Was not up front about all the work OFF SITE he was going to do beside 1 item. When he had us order the engine, it came without 1. an ignition 2. throttle cable 3. choke cable 4. FUEL PUMP 5. intake screen cover. Here is our email and his continued response: ***, So here are complete pictures that you wanted to see of the Kohler 35hp that did not come fully contained and lacked the following 7 parts:Ignition, Muffler, Throttle cable, Choke cable, Fuel Pump, Mounting Brackets and Debris Screen.You were able to view the current mounted engine for 2 hours during your visit to our house on August 4, 2022 when we paid you $200.00 for your VISUAL ONLY visit.As you can see in your description of services, you did not plan on adding all these parts only the muffler. You NEVER said you had to inspect the new engine before we returned it as we are the ones who purchased it and received it at our home address. We did NOT need your authorization to return OUR purchase. Please hold up your end of the deal.So. This engine has been returned to Small Engine Warehouse. ****, who you ordered through, was of GREAT help in returning this engine.You owe us half of the return cost of $321.05 as you told us while here. So your half is: $160.00 His reply AFTER IT WAS RETURNED: Please book an appointment to the website where I can come inspect the machine and the engine and see what I need to make it work or decide that I won't be able to go to the website book online and I will see you at that appointment I cannot make a determination otherwise thank you ** To date he has refused to pay us back for the 1/2 of the return cost as promised while he was here inspecting it. He only wants MORE $$ to come back to what? He yelled on the phone that he "did NOT AUTHORIZE the return and wants to inspect the engine" He spent 2 hours inspecting it 4 days before! ??? AND since WE paid for the engine AND it was delivered to OUR HOUSE, we had the RIGHT TO RETURN. HE'S A LIAR AND CHEAT.

They changed their mind on the engine, Nothing changed on my end they simply did not want that engine installed anymore. I was going to make every modification necessary to install that engine to that frame for an ALREADY set price, I was not going to send them a refund for something that changed on THEIR end. Long story short. The original engine could not be found, we TOGETHER me and **** and the the lady made the decision to install the engine we chose. This review 100% came from the husband Mr. *************** this explanation and was fine without the refund. T(he)y changed their mind on that engine without booking an appointment for me to come finish the project I was on standby waiting and waiting till I received a threatening mail demanding money back. There was nothing wrong with that engine on that frame and was going to work fine and be an easy install. I collected $200 and spend about 1.5 hours measuring and planning engine retrofit. They "he" changed their mind on the retrofit. There was no price hike, no surprises no problems they just changed heir minds. Sorry that does not constitute a refund. So good day **** and your Husband it was nice to meet you and sorry you were probably put up to do this by your husband. She literally asked if i could "Please take me with you" When we were trying to get him to understand out retrofit plan Every time i talked to the man NOT ****, her Hub, he was 3 sheets to the wind and mean and yelled at me and above accused me of the opposite (which is not true). **** you are so sweet. You almost do not deserve a response to this retort of yours...*********, though, that you think my ***** wrote this. It was my idea and I am not "sweet" nor did I want you to "take me away" you dirty little creep. That's right, singing as you walked up, humming while my hub tried to talk, YOU were the one who I thought was HIGH! Besides being greasy sweaty and lit a cigarette up 2 feet from us! HOW RUDE WAS THAT? Needed a fix while doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you pathetic little grimeball. Written AGAIN with zero coaching from anyone because I WANT to warn others especially any female that you are not to be trusted. NEVER EVER STEP FOOT ON OUR PROERTY AGAIN OR I WILL PERSONALLY CALL THE POLICE ON YOU FOR DISOBEYING our NO TRESPASSING SIGNS!! You really need to clean up your background report on *********** so others don't see YOUR DUI RECORDS!! EXPLAINS IT ALL!!Review from Jurney L

What a great business and a wonderful guy. *** insisted that i watch the entire process and boy was i enlightened by his knowledge expertise and enthusiasm! My mower is like brand new! I was so very impressed with the service that i allowed *** to fix my secondary mower that had been sitting out in the elements for 7 YEARS and he brought it back to life right before my eyes. I was going to buy a new mower but now i have 2 like new mowers. *** did everything he stated on the website and more. He is truly gifted. DONT THROW YOUR OLD MOWER AWAY, CALL TIGER POWER EQUIPMENT REPAIR! I am blown away i can't wait to play with my (new) mowers. When he didn't have a gasket he (made one) twice! It's truly rare to encounter a small independent business, that humbly understands and practice integrity and moral character. This gentleman is a true professional, courteous and respectful. The prices and on site convenience speaks volumes, I would very highly recommend this business to my closes Friend's. This is my guys for any small engine repairs, done right!!!
