      Ordered shoes online.....over a month later, still not shipped. The kid that answers the phone there all the time is an absolute WASTE OF OXYGEN. He should be cleaning dumpsters. Am told once the manager shipped it. Then said manager would call me. Then some days the phone just rings off the hook. Then some days it goes to voicemail. I think this is a **** company. I have already filed chargeback with C.C.

      The order was placed by the buyer on September 25th, 2024.

      Regrettably, we were unable to fulfill the order.

      A chargeback was filed for this transaction, which we have accepted to facilitate the processing of the refund.

      We recognize that our communication during this process fell short of the buyer's expectations, and we acknowledge the need for improvement in this area.

      Moving forward, we are committed to enhancing our order fulfillment process and ensuring more effective communication with our customers.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from them and they did not fit. Their website says they will accept a return up to 15 days from customer receipt of product. I emailed them the very next day and they said Sorry no returns or exchanges accepted. This is not listed on their website the only thing not able to be returned is discounted items which the shoes are not they were a brand new full priced item. They refuse to do anything but say not accepted and it should probably have stated that in the beginning if they arent willing to take the shoes back but they didnt state that and I have taken screenshots of their website and the actual product page which states the 15 day return policy.
