*************************** accepted my payment for services, filling a LLC, and then never completed the job. I emailed, called, and texted him numerous times (all documented) asking him for updates. He kept saying Ill check tomorrow. I finally called the *** myself who informed me it was NEVER filled! I have asked him numerous times to reimburse me the fees. He keeps saying ok and has never paid me back via Zelle (all requests are documented). Im about to file a lawsuit next. Im just so frustrated and upset that months went by thinking my business was going to be considered an SCorp and now I have to start over and file it for this year instead.
