on May 31, 2021, i went to Fairview urgent care, I explained that i had CHAMPVA insurance, they said that they need to speak to someone from my insurance to verify that i have insurance. Since they were not able to speak to a person, i had to pay upfront a total of $250.00. On June 1, 2021, i called my insurance, they said that call Fairview urgent care had to do was call the 800 to see that i have insurance, so i went back over to Fairview urgent care to get a refund and to see if they would resubmit my insurance, i was told by the front desk they she didn't know how to do this and she give me a number to their billing department. I called the billing department, not know that the billing department had already filled a claim to CHAMPVA. So i filed a claim with CHAMPVA, but they didn't pay me, because they had already paid Fairveiw Urgent Care. This is why i am asking for a refund. I have been asking for a refund since June 2021, each time the office manger is never in and will never return my call. I did call the billing department, they told me that Fairview Urgent Care if the party responsible for giving returning my money. Fairview Urgent Care has been paid twice for the same services. I would like my money returned to me. They have a copy of the letter that CHAMPVA since me, stating that they had been paid. I went to the office in December 2021, and again in January 2022, still no answer. I email the office manger with no response. I have been by several times with no outcome.
