On ****** I had an elective surgery-hired ******** and her "new you" company. I was quoted ****.00/signed contract for her services. During the time I was in her care I got several different charges for services she did not provide. I've had several issues with her/company. Communicating with her is mute at this point. I continued to get random charges for 2 weeks after I left her care for services I did not agree to or was in my contract. Per my contract I paid ****. Overall, I paid a total of $2570 for the fraudulent charges she kept applying to my card. My sister called & spoke with ******** and she agreed to refund me, apologized for the incorrect charges. She credited my card back. But, today 6-30-22 she recharged my card for the full *** after she agreed that she over charged and mischarged me. I have battled with her for over a month now over these charges and I am reaching out for you to help me. She is a scam and charged my card without my consent or discussing it with me. I need this refunded immediately in the *** of $1320.Business response

******************************* was a patient from ********************************* office who underwent multiple cosmetic plastic surgery procedures at once with ** post-op care, nor family member to assist her at that time. The surgeon called our company literally 45 minutes prior to surgery requesting post-op services for the client. It is the surgeon policy that patients with multiple procedures will require post-op care.
We were hesitant about providing services because of last minute preparation and re-organizing our staff to accommodate her, but because of our long-standing good relationship with the surgeons office we honored that request, and she completed our contractual service agreement right at the surgery center.
The New You Recovery House, LLC. Is a licensed nursing agency in the state of Ga., and we are proud of our outstanding services over the years. Most of our clients are referred to us directly from the surgery centers.
Ms. ****** services began on May 24th, 2022, at the time of pick-up from surgery center (5pm) and ended 7am the next morning as stipulated in her contract (see attached contract). She was discharged at 7am from our care and she called back on May 25th,2022, in the afternoon after 3pm requesting for additional services. She then provided her Amex card, and she was discounted a rate @$535.00 and refunded that amount in good faith because we did not provide another contract because of last minute booking again.
Unbeknownst to us we received chargebacks after all services rendered. We believe Ms. ****** did not budget or intended to pay for post-op care. This *** be the reason for the charge back!
