Excellent job by ************************* and his crew!!! Very professional and courteous. Wrapped all furniture, no damages, and everything was put in it's proper place at the new house!

Worst moving experience of my life and I am 77. I paid for FULL insurance coverage. They damaged every piece of wood furniture including 4 period antiques. They "lost" an original oil painting worth ****. They denied all the claims. I am shocked at the number of good reviews.Use this company at your own risk.OTM Moving & Storage, LLC Response

Thank you, *******, for your review. Good, bad,or ugly we are always happy to receive feedback from our clients as this helps us strive to do better. We are very sorry for any damages that occurred. With reviewing over your claim, *** has offered to have our restoration specialist come out and repair 6 out of the 8 items that were claimed. The only two items denied was due to being packed by owner, which means we didnt have knowledge of what the items were, and you had declined doing a detailed inventory coming out of storage. Unfortunately, these items are not in our storage and to our knowledge all items have been delivered. We are certainly happy to still have our restoration specialist come out to you to complete any repairs needed for the claimed furniture items. Please give our claims manager a call at ************ and we can proceed with scheduling to have our restoration specialist come out to you.

We were scheduled for a Mon move and received a confirmation text on Saturday. They called 30 min before arrival. There was a crew of three. They started work immediately. We had packed most of our **** sq ft house. They wrapped furniture and finished our packing in three hours. They had us unloaded and wrapping material cleaned up within two hours. We provided them lunch but they would not eat until they were leaving. We'll be moving again soon and will definitely be calling OTM Moving. I'll remember names this time. I regret not finding OTM Moving and Storage sooner. ****** is always incredibly professional and accommodating. I am not organized by any means and had a 26ft truck packed to the brim. ****** and his team handled our move seamlessly. We had several sentimental pieces of furniture and it was handled with extreme care. I had such a great experience with ****** and his team that I immediately booked them for my sisters move a week later! I highly recommend this company for your move. After my scheduled moving company canceled, On the Move Became my saving ***** and I wish I had known about them from the beginning. Definitely would have been my first choice. I was moving across town and downsizing. I lived in a townhome with a tricky entrance, and the crew handled everything with quality and professionalism. My furniture was wrapped and protected so carefully. Communication from this company was superb, from obtaining a quote, to follow up to make sure everything was successful. What I truly appreciated was the helpfulness of suggestions on how to pack certain items prior to my move and then handling and packing of the items I wasn't able to complete before the move. My stuff arrived all in one piece and unscathed. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and pleasant. Receiving a quote from ******* was fast and easy. She was very responsive via e-mail and was able to get my quote out to me in a timely fashion. It was a cold and snowy day when I moved. My movers, ****** and ********** were great sports! They were able to move my stuff out in less than an hour. They wrapped things for extra protection and handled everything with great care.
