      I was admitted to the hospital in ******** on 3/27/24 for an induction. I had received ** care prior also through ****. I had made payment plan payment's for the delivery prior through the **'s office totaling $1,953.65. At the time I was only on BCBS Texas, but had applied to ******** also and had not heard back. I had reached back out the **** once I had received the approval for ******** so that they could resubmit prior claims, as well as outstanding claims. I was told by ******, that they has submitted the claims with ********, and that they reached out to the ** rep to refund the ***** amount that I had paid out of pocket, which was only what BCBS would not cover. I then waited two weeks, and after hearing nothing I reached back out. I was then told by **************** that there were no refunds pending and that I could call ******. To which I did, who said I would be refunded. However I have only received one payment of $390.73 back. I logged on to both my ******** and BCBS account and saw that they have both been claimed by **** for these same services, but the ******** was denied due to an NPI number being wrong on their end. They also have already received payment from BCBS. I should not be paying anything out of pocket for this, with TWO insurances being charged, especially when I was told multiple time's by the **'s office that if approved for ******** that I would not be paying out of pocket, to which I still have that paper as well as pictures of all conversations, and the ******** portal stating their mistake. I also have a letter stating that the ******** coverage was back dated to 3/1/24, so there is also no issue of coverage on that end as well. I just simply would like the money that I had prepaid back, and this situation is extremely unfortunate because I did have excellent care while at the hospital.

      I have submitted a refund for the remaining payment that was due. The claims are currently pending with ******** for secondary payment.       I went to see *********** only in there no more than 30 minutes total.We I went to check out I paid in full.now I get bill called them was on hold for a long time,they told me I didn't pay all of my balance,because they didn't know to charge me for what.manage the people that get charged this and can't get in touch with anybody them in will go to collections like it will happen to me,they cheating people support to be to help,didn't help my problem.I have receipt with zero balance thank you

      I applied for a position back several months ago . I was previously terminated 13 years ago from this office. I got approved from HR to come back to work remotely from home . I interview in the department and then get selected for the job position. I get set up for drug testing and employee health . 5 days letter I get a call telling me they are taking my job offer back after investigation of my employee file. They dont keep HR records for ***** years . This company is a joke and a true *****! You dont tell someone they approved to come back to work from HR and lie ! I will file a charge with the ****

      Please see attached job offer letter from Nov 2022 . I filled out the employee relations re hire questionnaire that recruiter ******************************* sent me and they reviewed it and told me was Elgible for re hire . I accept the postion then a week later get a call from someone telling me they are going to have to take my position back after further looking into my file. I want them to make this right and offer me a work from home job!

      11-19-21 requested, via MyChart and e-appt with my PCP. Received message that his office does not do e-visits.11-***** received **** for customized e-visit (that never happened)11-***** contacted billing office to tell them of error.12-1-21 contacted PCP office that confirmed there should have been no **** since there was no service. Again contacted billing office 12-3-21 recd notice of upcoming past due status 12-6-21 contacted billing office since **** is still outstanding, was told it would be placed in review status.12-26-21 received **** again, due upon receipt. contacted billing office, was told under review for 30 days.1-3-22 contacted billing office. Still under review.1-24-22- am now contacting BBB as promised. The service was not provided; the **** is not owed, and it should not take more than 60 days to have an erroneous **** corrected.

      NGHS received notification of a patient complaint on 2/14/2022. The compliant listed that the patient had two charges on her account from our organization that were incorrect. I identified the errored accounts and have taken steps to correct them. I have contacted the patient informing her of the update on her account and that her complaint was resolved. The patient was very happy with the outcome and resolution.
