I went to get a massage with a gift certificate Sunday March 19th 2023 (which was basically a business card with a specific number on it) and go to pay and they say someone has already used that card but it has been in my wallet since Christmas Day. But they have a log on notebook paper of when it was bought 12/10 and have a date written of 1/9/23 beside that gift certificate minne r when someone supposedly used it. So they made me pay for my service that was supposed to be paid with the gift certificate. The manager has not given me a call back yet either like the lady said he would and they have now blocked my number from me calling and asking when Id be hearing from the manager. The gift card also has my name on it. Theyre trying to tell me that someone used it and they accidentally gave that card back and are accusing me of coming to use it again which is not the case. Its either they wrote a gift certificate number twice and gave it out twice and the other person with the same number used it on Jan 9th or the person that took a card on January 9th checked it off beside my gift card number on accident instead of the correct one. Either way, its not how you run a business. You take care of your customer.
