I stayed here for one night checked in at 2 am and when I went to get my card I forgotten In the morning the room was flooded they said I deliberately did it which I did not and charged me 200 which is ridiculous cause I’ve never had a toilet flood cause of toilet paper or anything for that matter I wish to be reimbursed for the masntracity of a room they provided locks would not work didn’t look clean just a horrible hotelBusiness response

This guest cost hotel $2,000 in damages to hotel. Guest purposely flushed down an entire roll of toilet paper down commode. The room flooded out due to this. Guest did pay $200 in damages, but after he left, we found out room below had water stains on ceiling and we had to re-paint ceiling and loss room revenue for 2 days due to this
Also guest left fico matter all over public restroom and causing us shut down breakfast 30 minutes early and we also had to close Front lobby for 2 hours to properly santize and deodorize
