      8/14/24, Buyer submitted a credit application online to Chronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the purchase of a used 2021 RAM 1500 VIN *****************. The dealership obtained the Consumer's personal identifying information and shared with several financial institutions. Dealership stated down payment was a requirement to purchase the vehicle and proceeded to inform me that the financial institutions were requiring a down payment. The Financial Institutions stated they do not require or receive any down payments and are indirect lenders who simply purchase already executed contracts. ***** has yet to receive any statements of reasons as a matter of course regarding the denial of credit , neither from the dealership nor the banks that the dealerships claims to have denied her. 15 U.S. Code 1605 - Determination of finance charge, clearly defines a finance charge and what can be included in this finance charge. It also states that the finance charge does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction, therefore demanding payment for a " down payment" outside of the finance charge, is violation. According to 15 USC 1681a(k)(1) which defines adverse action, one can be denied insurance and one can be denied employment. No where within 15 U.S. Code 1601 - Congressional findings and declaration of purpose, does it say adverse actions means that one can be denied any extension of their own credit. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1691 - Scope of prohibition, states the prohibitions of The Equal Credit Opportunity. Consumer is still interested in purchasing the vehicle. ***** wants to use full financing with all charged included in within the sum of finance charge. ***** also agreed to pay a down payment, delivery fee, acquire gap, warranty and obtain insurance within the finance charge, but simply asked for full disclosure of the costs and terms.

      The consumer approved the submission of their credit information to various credit sources.  These credit sources have their own requirements for providing credit to a consumer.  Requiring a down payment from the consumer is frequently part of the approval process. Consumer was urged to visit the dealership in person but was unwilling or unable to do so.

      I just purchased a 2015 chrysler 200 from a car lot in ******* ** sometime around September 10th 2023 very nice looking reliable and had around ****** miles on it. Ok everything was great it runs and drives great. Knowing it was a used car I always keep the maintenance good and up to date so I thought this car is very nice looking let me find a chrysler dealer near me so that i can have it fully serviced and what so ever so it can continue to run and drive good. On october 20th my check engine light came on I ******d the nearest chrysler it gave me the on on **** n express griffin ** I called spoke with a nice lady by the name of Ms ***** told her that I needed to bring my car in to get it serviced with a oil change tune up and to get my check engine light off she said I needed to make an appointment then I made one for 11/03/23. Great that day came I dropped my car off they kept it for almost 2 weeks. During the duration of time they serviced it I got a call at one from chrysler it was Ms ***** again she told me that the car had 2 recalls on it and ask did I want them to get that taken care of I said yes mam I asked how much would that cost she told me nothing it has a manufacturer warranty I said ok have a nice day. Then about a few days late I received another call again from Ms ***** this time they were almost done she then told me you know your car needs new tires im like omg no I didn't so immediately I started asking how much for tires she then told me and I said we'll ok yall can do them. Then about a day or 2 after that I called chrysler myself asking how much longer the wait will be Ms ***** told me I can come pick it up. Don't remember exactly what day I picked it up got there my price was ************************************ mid November 2023 I was greeted by 2 nice kind ladies *************** and I forgot the other lady name I asked them is there any way they could work with me cause I didn't have enough well *************** went beyond to reach our to her manager to see what they could do and thanks to her kindness they took 200 off so I ended up paying ****. Ok got my car she looked almost new clean and what I thought well serviced. The very next day my car started running hot I repeat the next day I called asked to speak with Ms ***** she told me to bring it back and let them take a look at it. So at this point this problem started after they had worked on and serviced my car. So then I met the service manager *************** he took another look at my car he then tells me I have a hole in my reservoir coolant I told him at this point I gave yall all I had to service my car I didn't have any problems with my car running hot before **** worked on it so they kept it again now this was on 11/27/23 they kept it again for the 3rd time for about 2 days then they called me and told me they had driven it about ****************************************************************************** everything was good ok. The very next day again it started running hot and my tale pipe was smoking really bad I called them again told them what's happening Ms ***** tells me she will make me another appointment for sometime in December cause they were booked so then I'm like Ms ***** this has been tremendously hectic and I've lost time from my job taking care of my children while thinking I was doing right sending my car you to be serviced and it's been messed up since I told her this car will not make it to the appointment you gave me im gone bring it back up there well I did take it back up there again me ****** came and took another look at it but this time he tells me and his exact words were and I quote u have something coolant to be exact that's going into your motor I then looked still upset shocked I said how and what you mean yall just gave me my car back then he says we'll I hate to tell you this but your engine has a hole in it that's why it's still running hot im how I never had these problems before **** worked on my car I didn't have a hole in my motor before I came to yall that had to come from your service department.I said sir no offense I just gave **** *********************************************************************** my engine it didn't appear over night I sir someone had to do some while working on my car I said this is ridiculous. You mean to tell me I have a hole in my engine yall service people would have and should have seen that hole sir I said why would yall let me put brand new tires on my car and get it serviced if u knew my engine had a hole in it he said well at that time you did need tires and I repeat I said no sir this is where **** did me wrong if you telling me I had a hole in my engine that means yall service department would have noticed it before why is anything mixing or even going in to my motor now it wasn't like that before. At this point them people knew they did a horrible job I'd express my co cern with other people there to let them know my experience was horrible I didn't get the service done properly what I originally took my car in to get done however now since they done such a poor job with not one care about my car being messed.My car was ************* before they performed work on it and from that moment til today my car has not been driven its not drivable cause me to miss work not operating properly since they worked on it they are fully aware of what's going on I just want them to take accountability for their actions poor service of a job they done. I spoke with *************** again he said you might need to sale your car or you can come back and speak with our sales department to try and get you another vehicle. I said ***** already had one yall messed up I didn't come here to get another car I came and had the worst experience ever thinking my cars was gone be ready instead it's not drivable please give me my money back he said he can try I said is there any over you that I can talk with or can you give me yall corporate number he told me he could do it. I met a sales manager mr **** and i explained to him what happened he then went and talk with *************** and they mr **** told me that *************** will be in touch with me in 2 days to get me some of my money back and i daid thank you just for listening to me and getting me the proper help that i need i said i really just need all my money back . In 2 days i called them *************** told me come pick up my check after 5 pm they never told me how much they could give me back i was told they would give me some of my money back. Went to pick up the check got my car back from *************** and then I said I will need all my money back sir we exchanged words it got heated and I had to remind him of why we got to this point I said sir I think I'm entitled to get all my money back I really need it cannot afford to get a motor as he tells me it would cost around **** for it to be replace I said I just gave yall **** don't have that kind of money I said please talk to a higher up to see about getting me a refund I said my car has more problems and currently not operating since **** worked on it he i know but i didnt do it i said ya shop dis .I tool it upon my self to ****** their corporate office and or owner number ****** gave me a phone number for the owner by the name of Ms ************ called the number gave the person on the phone my name ask them can I speak with Ms ***** concerning a situation that needs to be handle about my car and her dealership I was met with her husband he then told he Ms ***** is his wife and gave me her cell phone number and said she would get it taken care of. We'll I did speak with her told her what happened with my car and how this has led me to miss time from work and etc she then said they had nothing to do with that I was only letting her know that after I got my car back it has been broke down running hot and causing me temporarily loss time from making ends meet she told me she would get back with me and she has not. I just want the rest of my money back they did give me a check for **** and that's not enough to get me a car or get my car fixed I've had to pay cabs uber to and from work as well as too and from taking my children to school they are aware of what they did I want my money back and however they come to the best resolution as quick as possible now I don't have any transportation to get anywhere and they don't even care remind you I thought I could trust a dealership to get the job done correct and well. I got the opposite and out of a car and work please anyone get back with me and give me the rest of my money back

      Put my 2019 Dodger Charger in the shop to be repaired okay they call me and told me that it would cost me **** dollars ok go ahead and do the repairs they keep my vehicle for over a month get my car out the shop took it for a drive make sure its okay car was not fix call the shop then they told me o you need a motor bring me ***** more dollars you got it.So i said what you mean and how do my vehicle needs a motor why you didnt telling me this @ first then they got to talking very nasty.So my mother spoke with the ** and told him what had happened he told her to give him till Monday so he call back on5-15-23 and told her well I will your son 1,4000 back and she told him what my car needs to be fix and that fall on them .She told him how the service people was talking like yep we took your money and we knew your car needed a motor they was cussing and thinking they could talk to us any kind way and The ** said i have had complaints on those two before let me see what i can do.Ask for a loaner car we dont do that told them yall have had my car telling me liars refuse to give me a car to get to work has to pay ***** a day to get to work.So i call back on Tuesday 5-16-2023 asking for my ***** back spoke with Mr *** The ** he said no they know they wrong but willing to give me some of my money back.My mother told Mr *** the(**) before yall do any repairs on a vehicle you put the car on the machine and it tell you what wrong he going to say it didnt pick up so the question was asked how you knew what to fix so in other words you just yall just did something to last for a minute he just look.upon taking the car back telling him that my car need to be fix proper Mr. *** stated that the car have 700 miles put on it and i said what are you saying i tested my car out and no way to ********* ** and back is 700 miles and what are you saying i didnt supposed to drive my vehicle after spending all this money to a make sure it okay he keeping saying the same thing over and over.Got up Next car not right call back a that when they told me dont drive the car i will send A wreck truck at it and call back telling me i need a motor asking them what happened to my motor cant tell me anything I need some help with these people they took my money and mess up my motor and taking about giving me Half back what do I supposed to do just let them take from me i work for what i have.

      Yes they refunded my money what good is that when they knew they mess up my motor cant drive my car i bought my car brand new from there my car need to be repaired all they put me thur and the way they talk to me because I am black .like one of there worked said they repaired other car when they at fault why not mines I just dont want my money back i want them to fix my car so what the next step .that yall can help me with a lawsuit
