I WAS IN A *** ACCIDENT ON JUNE 5, 2022, AND GAVE MY *** TO CRASH COLLISION LLC, *****S *** AND *********************, ON JUNE 13, 2022 FOR REPAIRS. THE INSURANCE CLAIMS ADJUSTER CAME TO CHECK THE *** OUT PRIOR AND DETERMINED IT WAS $4,452.36 WORTH OF DAMAGE AND THEN A CHECK WAS SENT TO THE *** REPAIR **** ON 6/29/2022. THEN THE *** REPAIR **** DID A SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIM FOR REPAIRS AND WAS PAID $4,132.88 ON 7/8/2022. TOTAL: $8585.24. DURING THIS TIME, I HAVE SPOKEN AND VISITED, RODE BY AND MY *** WAS SITTING IN THE SAME SPOT FOR A WHILE. FOUND OUT HE WAS VACATIONING AS SOON AS HE RECEIVED THE MONEY. THE *** REPAIR **** ***** *** WAS PACIFYING ME AND GIVING ME BOGUS REASONS AS TO WHY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. FINALLY, AFTER ALL THE BACK AND FORTH, *** STATED I CAN COME GET MY *** ON 8/25/2022. MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER AND I PULLED UP TO THE **** BETWEEN 7PM-8PM AND HE WAS STILL WORKING ON MY HEADLIGHT. HE STATED HE HAD SOME MINOR THINGS TO CONTINUE TO FIX AND THAT I CAN STILL TAKE IT HOME BUT COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. SO WE LEAVE AND GO TO THE *** STATION AND WE WENT INSIDE AND MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER TOLD ME TO LOOK AT MY *** AND LOOK AT THE PASSENGER HEADLIGHT, IT WAS STILL ON ALTHOUGH THE *** WAS OFF. I INFORMED THE ***** *** AND HE STATED WILL TALK ABOUT THE NEXT DAY. MY VEHICLE IS NOT DONE BEING REPAIRED, A FAULTY CONTROL UNIT AND NOT BEING PROGRAMMED TO MY *** IS MY ISSUE WITH MY HEADLIGHT, MY BUMPER IS STILL NOT ALIGNED OR FIXED. THE DRIVER SIDE IS HANGING OFF. HE USED FAULTY AND USED PARTS ON MY ***. HE TRIED TO SUBMIT A SECOND SUPP. CLAIM AND ONCE THE INSURANCE STATED THAT FUNDS ARE EXHAUSTED, HE THEN BEGAN TO IGNORE ME COMPLETELY AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS TO FINISH MY ***. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO MECHANICS, LAWYERS, ALL OF THE ABOVE AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I JUST WANT MY *** *********** AS HE WAS PAID TO DO THAT JOB AND HE DID NOT COME THROUGH.Initial Complaint

On 9/6/2023 I took my vehicle to Crash Champions in *********, **., to have 2 things done: a few dingees on my hood repaired and my windshield replaced. These issues were caused by rocks hitting my car while driving. 9/15/23 I called Crash Champions to get an update: I was told they haven't looked at my vehicle yet. 9/19/23 I called again: The General Manager said they are waiting for parts and matching paint for my door. I told him to forget about the door because I need my vehicle. 9/28/23 I received a call that my windshield was replaced, now but now my antenna is defective and repair costs are $2,400. I declined. 10/4: Out of frustration I called the corporate office. I was told I could only send a complaint by mail (Done - October 12th) or leave a one sentence description of my complaint, which I did. I still haven't heard from anyone.10/6: ***** called me to say my car is ready. He said my payment portion is $1,947and USAA owes $783. He further stated he wont release the car until they receive all payments. When I arrived, I called USAA and put them on speaker. They informed ****** (GM) that they received the Supplement this same day and paid that balance ($783). After I paid $1,947, I received the "final" bill. When I opened my car door; the driver seat was dirty, my steering wheel cover was gone, a backseat headrest was adjusted, my gas tank was on empty, there was an SOS Emergency.. malfunction error message on the dash, and my Bluetooth did not work properly.The odometer reading On Crash Champions' final bill proves that my vehicle had been driven. I subsequently learned that after providing me with a final bill; Crash Champions billed and received additional payments from USAA for work/services not performed, nor initially requested. I am seeking compensation for unauthorized liberties taken with my vehicle and misappropriations which created additional vehicle damages.Initial Complaint

I drop my car not without expressing how important is the timing to get my car fix as a ride share driver. It's been almost 5 months and I keep having my phone calls ignored or hang up by the owner. Week after week another excuse. Insurance already paid for the front bumper repair I pay out of pocket for the passenger door repair and they have done nothing. Taking legal action and posting in here cause no human should go to the struggle I've been through all this months.Initial Complaint

I took my car to shop for repairs they kept my car over 90 days and I had to pay **** on rental. When I pick up my car it had all old parts. My insurance paid over ****** for repairs and they committed insurance fraud because they went to junk yard after stating everything will be new. I been trying to reach out for them to fix problems but honestly I dont trust them with my property and I need help getting the situation fix
