*************************** *************************************************************************************************** PH: ************* Email: ************************* 12th day of June 2024 Attn: Checkers and Rallys ************************* ****************** Claim # ******* Dear Sir or Madam,I am ***************************, writing to express my disappointment with my drive-thru experience at your restaurant. I visited your establishment January 12, 2024, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I am hoping that you will take proper action regarding this. Ive attempted to reach out several times DATES FOLLOWS; 01/12/2024 , 02/06/2024, 02/13/2024 & 06/06/2024.Upon arrival, I wasnt greeted warmly by your staff. However, more problems began when I received my meal. The food was served cold and lacked the freshness and flavor I had anticipated. Additionally, I experienced my server with both of his hands in the groin area proceeding to give me my food, which further detracted from our dining experience. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of my meal was unacceptable given the reputation of your establishment. I was out of work for almost three days due to the few bites of my fish sandwich causing a stomach virus. Considering these issues, I kindly request that you take appropriate action to address the shortcomings I experienced during our visit. This may include reviewing your kitchen procedures, ensuring proper food handling and preparation, and providing additional staff training to prevent similar incidents in the future. I trust that you will take our feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to maintain the high standards that your restaurant is known for. If not I will be forwarding this to OSHA and move forward with legal concerns. Yours faithfully,***************************
