On May 22, 24 given a price to replace a/c compressor. Asked IF Endurance Warranty would pay for a new a/c compressor. ****/***************************, co-owner did not seem interested. I called Endurance. Told Max Auto Experts had to call on my behalf. No communication from Max Auto Experts. I called, again, to Endurance and sent a copy of price to replace a/c compressor. Then, ******* was ANGRY. She told me NOT to call Endurance. She had raised the cost of repairs and was using my name and policy to cheat Endurance. Endurance covered ALL the expenses. I called Endurance to confirm who to pay $100.00 deductible too. Told pay Max Auto Experts. Was charged $261.16. Asked why? Told "Lifetime a/c compressor warranty with Max Auto Experts. I said I did not want a "Lifetime warranty". To have my vehicle released to me and leave paid the $261.16 against my will. Tried a few days later with **** and ******* for a refund of the $261.16. I will gladly pay the $100.00 deductible and request a refund of the $161.16. I have tried from May 22, 24 to present for a refund. ******* says that she does not understand. Just bring my vehicle in. The a/c has not been working correctly and has been making a noise about a week after it was replaced. I do not trust Max Auto Experts. Invoices attached. While waiting for the vehicle to have the new a/c compressor installed, *************************** said that my hair color was nice. She never speaks to me unless she wants something. She then wanted my blessing for female chest implants. I remained quiet. We do not have a relationship to discuss female chest implants. She went on talking how she had wanted them for years and God did not want her to be frumpy. She went back to her office. Later, after thought went in the office and explained she has a husband, children, and a new home. Female chest implants will NOT make her happy. *******'s response was, "It took courage to come into the office to talk to her." She chooses to disrespect and cheat customers.Business response

BBB, **************** was presented with 3 options for ** compressor replacement. 1, have the warranty company send the ** compressor and it has no warranty with the repair. 2, a one-year warranty ** compressor that still came with an extra $83 that the warranty company did not cover. 3, a life-time warranty compressor for $161.16 outside of the cap of the warranty coverage. **************** chose the lifetime compressor as you can see by my documentation. **************** sent the estimate we sent to her to her warranty company- and even the warranty company told her that we were the ones that had to contact them. Because she did this, the warranty company lowered my labor rate with them for the next 6 months. We charge warranty companies more than our customers because they are so difficult to deal with and because they do not pay what it is worth to make the repairs. Many shops do not take car warranties because of this issue with them, however we aim to please our customers even tho it is much more work. **************** provided you with documentation and you will see that the only difference between the 2 is $125. We can and do charge diagnostic fees to warranty companies but we do not charge our customers to diagnose their vehicles. The cost **** would have paid is the exact same even without this diagnostic fee because the warranty company caps how much they will spend on any given part. So, we have to pass that cost onto the customer. **** was willing to pay all of it as you can see in the documentation even if the warranty company did not cover the ** repair. **** is also aware that her vehicle needs an engine- that is also shown in the documentation. We are not sure what noise she is referring to, but there is warranty on all the repairs if she wanted to bring it back to us. I hesitate to respond to her remarks about the conversation we had about breast implants. **************** was negatively sharing about someone she knew that had gotten them and I was offering her a positive rebuttal- in that as long as they are not done to get attention but rather for self- esteem, there might be some merit to having it done. I neither asked for her opinion about me doing it nor did I want it although she gave it. What I do with my body is between me and God and me and my husband. As you can see, she has not been cheated or disrespected. We are sorry ********************* is unhappy with her repairs on her vehicle- however it is my understanding that her ** is still working properly and cooling her vehicle. We hope to come to a resolution with her if possible.
