My order #********** (Placed on Apr 10, 2022, 8:59:18 PM) Total Payment: $3,443.75 Claim advertised: 5-7 business weeks for delivery Requested Refund: $199.00 for 4 (four) BASE FILLERS 3" SKU: GRB-BF3 Its been four months (16 business weeks) and still have not received my completed order. The latest communication: Wed, Aug 10, 2022 at 8:47 AM, ******************************** <*************************************> wrote:Hello ******, I am sorry about the mix up withyour order. When you first emailed about the missing fillers, they were already put into production without my knowledge to take care of your order as you initially requested. Once they are in production, we cannot cancel the request and theitems are being shipped to the address provided.--External Note: My order arrived on July 12th (12 weeks from order date). I was in quarantine so I emailed about the missing parts on July 27th when I got back to the job site (still 14 weeks from order date). I requested a replacement only if they were already ready to be shipped and could be sent the ground or express to arrive the same week. Thats not the case so I feel like this company is taking peoples money and not holding themselves accountable to their advertised commitments.At this point Im just gonna have to report this to the Better Business Bureau.Initial Complaint

I originally paid the business $6,036.44 for my kitchen cabinets. *********************** was the Designer. I provided her all the necessary information to design our kitchen cabinets in the space provided. Attached is the same information I sent her. Ceiling height shows 84" and custom refer/freezer shows height *****". The difference is almost 6" and ***** sent a 3" piece. The refer/freezer trim kit requires a built in installation that attaches directly to cabinets. Kit attaches directly to cabinetry through top trim piece. The 3" piece should have been a 6" piece. The 3" there would be a gap between the refer/freezer and cabinets, I called *************************, the manager, and she told me that ***** did her job correctly and that there is always a gap above a custom built in refer/freezer. ******** told me that they were taught that in school.I contacted the manufacture of the frigidaire trim kit and they informed me that ******** in incorrect. They said if I gave her the drawings for the trim kit , ***** should have built it that way.******** made me purchase the 6" filler piece and was not helpful, but argumentative. I have also attached the final drawing presentation ***** sent me what the final product would look like. As it is very obvious, there is no gap shown above the custom refer/freezer. I spent over $6k and would like to be refunded for ******* mistake. I provided her all the information she needed. I am awe that this company would argue with me over a $100 trim piece after I spent over $6k Refund amount of $86.11 as shown on attached.
