      pathetic customer"service". have always been a business customer with tax exempt status until placing the latest order on 6/21/2022. I was given my 10% business discount but right after lacing the order received an offer for 25% off using the same discount number I have always used. they refuse to honor their email offering the larger discount and on top of that are charging me sales tax despite admitting they have all of my information. I was told to resubmit my tax information which I did but then they decided yet another form was needed. I have jumped through all of their hoops. they still refuse to refund the tax I should not have been charged but will possibly make future orders tax exempt. this is the first time I have been refused my tax exempt status. the rudeness of their "representatives" is totally unacceptable. I am spreading the word to other crafters about this company and will be extremely reluctant to ever trust them again. sad how they treat long time existing customers who always have a LARGE order!

      Do not order anything from this company Fabricti. I ordered a coat on 01/10/2022 and has not received it yet. I have been emailing them since March-May 2022 and now my email comes back as undeliverable. They are no longer taking my emails. I want my money back and they can cancel my order.

      I purchased fabric to make a dress.As I was cutting I noticed the pattern was defective. It was a second.Contacted Fabric.com and explained the situation. I offered to send all the fabric back to them.They offered me a credit of one yard and said if I had not cut it they would take it back. Were they going to sell the defective product to someone else? Probably.So I don't have sufficient **************** the job and they lost a customer

      This company is horrible. Do not order from them, especially if you are outside of ******** I live in ******, my parcel did not clear customs and was returned to them. They will not give me any info on why it did not clear customs. They sent a replacement package that they "can't guarantee will clear customs". So they cannot guarantee ********* will get their parcels at all. Then what are they doing delivering to ******? Now they are refusing a refund until the "delivered by" date. It has now bee a month since I ordered, no refund, and the "replacement parcel" is now out for delivery in ******** (I'm in ******* ******) So it is obviously not going to be delivered to me ever. I'm receiving no correspondence from them at all about this issue presently.

      I am a small business owner who purchases from Fabric.com. I purchase a lot of fabric and return some too. The purchase part is not a problem. My issue is trying to get my refund after the fabric has reached the warehouse. I have several returns that are 6-8 weeks from being received by Fabric.com and not refunded. I've called CS several times (they have always been great) and they have "escalated" my request to a manager. Then nothing happens. So, I am out money, fabric, and patience. My advice is make sure you don't buy fabric you might want to return...it will be lost in limbo.

      Wow, looking at other reviews and I'm seeing similar problems. I ordered fabric, and didn't hear anything for 6 days. I just got an email saying "unfortunately, the items you ordered are no longer available." Just terrible.

      Do not use Amazon pay! Every order I have placed always takes a week or more before fabric.com packs it-then they email saying sorry many items out of stock,.......I even got emails saying my refunds were sent but they never were-no replies to emails and no one on the phone can help-I finally contacted my card company-AND AMAZON SUSPENDED MY AMAZON ACCOUNT! No access to anything I pay for with prime and even my audible was locked! They REFUSED to even speak to me until I released my credit card complaints. So my Amazon account is unlocked again after a week of trying to resolve everything but now WEEKS LATER I still Don't have my nearly $400 in refunds and no one on the phone or email will do anything about it-I have to file with the state I guess? I don't know but I know I still am out hundreds of dollars for out of stock items
