I paid Start Church $3200.00 for a 501c3 in October 2021, and have not received my 501c3. I was given a half worked on **** application with many mistakes from ********************* to the *** that I cannot file. I have made several phone calls and emails and still I do not have a completed 501c3. ********************* has had my application for months and is now ******* and retaliating by suppling the wrong information on my non-profit business to the ***.Business response

I had contracted with Start Church to build a website for a new ministry. The website has been designed. The site does not appear on a web search. I have contacted Start Church asking why the site does not appear on a web search. I was told that a third party need to be hired for the website they designed to be accessible on the world wide web. The third part I hired needs the program files to accomplish this task. I have asked via email to ***************************, *************************** and *********************** for help to make their product usable. They have stopped all communication with me. I am paying a monthly fee for a functioning website that does not work. This is a less than honest business practice and needs to be confronted. All supporting documents are in email that can be forwarded for proof of this less than honest business practice.Business response

We are sorry that you have not been satisfied with our services. We have reviewed all of the communication and it appears that we have provided you with all the files that you needed and have had several follow up appointments and emails. At present time, you are no longer being charged for the service. If you have additional questions or would like any assistance, our VP of Marketing would be happy to speak with you.
