I'm so glad that I had an opportunity to use the services of Professional Home Improvement. They were timely, professional, and highly efficient. The owners of this company do what they say that they are going to do, which is a rarity these days. My husband and I had been ghosted by many companies who would come and look at the job, take measurements and our email; then, promise to send an estimate. We would never hear from them again. When I expressed this concern to ******, he simply said that "you will hear back from us." He was a man-of-his-word. He and his wife, ****, came to our home and proceeded to talk with us about the improvements that we desired. They took the measurements and all applicable information; then, came back within a few days with an estimate and the full details about our renovation. It was awesome! I cannot say enough about this company and its team members. ******, their tile installer/painter, is wonderful. Within a couple of days, our bathroom was demolished and he immediately began to work his magic. I can show you the pictures of walls that were HORRIBLE and now, are as beautiful as a picture. You would not believe the fantastic transformation that this company has done to our master bath and the shower within our daughter's bathroom. The great part is that once they started, they didn't stop until the job was completely done. From start to finish for both bathrooms, it was about six to eight weeks. Listen, I'm not trying to sale you a bill-of-goods, call them. Get an estimate for your home needs and let me know if you agree.
