In October of 2021 ***** Girls in *********** promoted their 2nd Annual ******* Conference Tour set to take place July ****, 2022. Travel Weddings and Events, *** was the 3rd party company that hired to handle the event. TWAE sent out links via email to choose and purchase your suite packages. I purchased a VIP Privilege Master Swim Up suite at the *************** adult only ALL inclusive resort in ******** *******. This particular suite was marketed either as a single occupancy ($10,131pp) or double occupancy ($6,141pp).. I choose the double occupancy with my room mate after doing some research on the hotel and their specific accommodations. On the Resorts webpage this VIP Privilege Master Swim up suite is detailed as a King **** a double *** and a sofa **** but upon arrival there was only 1 King *** and a sofa ***. This was brought to the hotels attention and they informed up the suite does not come with 2 ***s and if were to change rooms it would be a downgrade as we purchased the 2nd tiered top room in this particular resort. After i received this information I spoke face to face with the *** of ***** Girls In *********** *************************** who stated we need to speak with the event planner and get some of our money back. So i did just that and spoke with the owner of Travel Wedding and Events, ******, no last name. ****** confirmed she was made aware this suite did not exist on the resort and was made aware of the issue prior to arrival and stated she called both myself and my roommate to offer a complete refund or to see if we wanted to change to another suite. A call that was not received by neither myself or room mate **************., no voicemail, or follow up email and collectively we paid $13,200 for this suite. I have since pulled my phone records and can confirm she never called. ******, continuously apologized for this mishap and stated she would take care of everything. TWAE Enterprises priced and sold a suite that does not exist! BE ****Business response

************** and her roommate decided not to come to me or any member of my staff to let us know that their room did not have a second *** until the very last night of the trip. We asked them why did they not say anything the first day so that we could get it situated with the resort right then for them. They stated that it didn't bother them but now they want all of their money back. They didn't even want a portion, they wanted all of their money back for the entire trip solely because the room did not have a double *** and only had the king *** and the pull out. I let them know that I would speak to the resort and I did and they informed me that the trip is over and there is nothing that can be done. They stayed in the room for the entire trip so the room has to be paid for and that the resort was not giving back any money. ************** and her roommate then attempted to do chargebacks for the entire trip which included their airfare, ground transportation, excursions and more. I showed proof that they did in fact make us of their entire travel package and that they did not say anything about their room until the last day of the trip when they were demanding money back. And the chargeback was denied. They were also flagged by PayPal as an abusive buyer because it seems that this type of scheme is something that they do often. They are trying to slander my name and my company when we did all that we could for them.
