We signed our pool contract May 25 2021. It was for a 32x16 inground pool with a heater and slide. According to our contract they had 45 days from ground break to finish barring natural issues (weather, etc). Due to supply chain issues our equipment took months to get to us (we finally received our heater and slide in Feb 2022). Still we had all of the pieces to finish this pool. If you go 45 days from Feb 20, we STILL don't have our heater installed. He never shows up when he says. The workers he sends over do a poor job. They have cut my internet cable twice during the build. We have paid them all but the final $1500 however the heater is no installed, the natural gas line for the heater isn't run. We haven't had the final inspection yet. so we have a pool in the backyard we can't safely use.Initial Complaint

The company collected ******** and disappeared before finishing my pool. I had to pay another pool company to put in the filter. They left me with a concrete box in the ground. The concrete around the pool is falling apart cracking and the finish is rough and does not look professional. The refuse to return phone calls.
