It makes no sense how deceptive this experience has been. The staff prey and play on those looking for housing. First off, the leasing office changed the price of the unit I looked at. I was quoted $1540 via email, $1560 at the tour in-person, and sadly when I went to apply the unit was $1575 (typical ******* scamming tactics). Next, the units are not sound proof and I can hear everything upstairs, as I hear children and grown men with Gout Foot. When I had my tour these issues were not present as I made day visits, but once I moved in the noise has been incessant (primarily the stomping). Lastly, the leasing office did not get back to me about breaking my lease, but was prompt to send out an email enforcing Quiet Hours, which is child-like. Maintenance has been decent, but the noise due to poor infrastructure is INSANE, and who wants to deal with that after working to pay for a price-gouged unit with too much noise.Review from Sammie G

Do not waste your money at The Highrise at Post ********** This is a horrible place to live. Horrible staff. Staffs treatment to tenants is the worst Ive ever experienced. The property is getting old and outdated. The property is infested with roaches and waterbugs.
