Date of transaction: January 8, 2024 Amount paid: $13K+What they committee to provide: New roof and interior damage caused by the branch that fell on the roof.Nature of dispute: They have been paid and I am getting ignored as it relates to the interior damage that was discussed multiple times prior to roof being replaced.Have they tried to resolve the problem: Not at all Account/Order/Tracking:Complaint:When ***************************** came out to quote the roof replacement, I told him that our insurance adjuster never came into the house to see the interior damage. The adjuster said that the roofer would know how to explain how the exterior roof damage (tree limb) impacted the interior. ***** was confident stating that he had worked closely with *** (adjuster) many times. I realize now that ***** is just a sales guy, says what he needs to say for you to get your roof done and then proceeds to ignore you.Jan 4 texting convo with **** regarding roof replacement on Monday, January 8. Stated that I didnt see the interior on the quote. **** stated she would have ***** call me he never did.Jan 8 roof replaced Feb 7 called Accent Roofing to speak to an owner/manager and spoke with someone named *****, explained that this was still open and that I was not receiving a response from *****, ***** promised it would be handled. I received a call from ***** the same day asking for me to take pics of the interior damage. Feb 8 ***** emailed the pics and the supplement to travelers.Feb 19 I reached out and was told any correspondence needs to be sent to the **********************. I relayed the information to ***** and asked to be copied so I could track progress. **no additional email was sent Feb 25 I emailed ***** again, stating that I didnt receive the second email. Feb 28 Texted ***** for an update Mar 19 called and asked to speak to ***** again, I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. Never heard back.Business response

We have contacted and communicated with the client. We are in the process of scheduling the work to be done and will do so promptly. Any confusion or clarification on insurance matters are being handled by the company's owner and management team to ensure the client is clear on all matters.
